Does the box come with a handle? Last one I bought did not, and it was very hard to pour and handle

This litter includes a new opening - a tear strip instead of the pour spout. Using a tear strip can help reduce the package & materials needed to get the litter you and your cat love. The new packaging is only available online at this time. The 19 pound option still includes the handle.

What are the ingredients? "micro-granules" do not mean anything!

This litter contains Dolomitic limestone, Bentonite, Water, C15-30 hydrotreated alkanes, Amylopectin, acid hydrolyzed, Guar gum, Fragrance, Sodium bicarbonate, Benzisothiazolinone, and Methylisothiazolone.

Nothing against the litter company. If anything buying from chewy costs more through shipping, even with autoship.

The pack I received is new package and the quality is absolutely terrible. It’s full of dust. When I poured it into the litter box I could see dust everywhere and

The pack I received is new package and the quality is absolutely terrible. It’s full of dust. When I poured it into the litter box I could see dust everywhere and even my phone next to the box got covered by visible dust. My husband sneezes bc of the dust whenever he cleans the litter. I’ve bought this multiple times from different platforms. The quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes the litter is dusty, sometimes the dust issue is well controlled. Won’t buy it anymore.

A 28 pound box is difficult to pick up from a shelf (often a low shelf) in a store, put it into a grocery cart, pull it out to be scanned by a cashier, transfer it to your car, and then carry from your car trunk into the house. Chewy saves you at least four of these steps by delivering the box to your front door!!!

We have been using this litter for 5 years. Since the Summer the formula has changed. It no longer clumps hard, doesn't last as long and has to be completely changed

We have been using this litter for 5 years. Since the Summer the formula has changed. It no longer clumps hard, doesn't last as long and has to be completely changed out at least once a week. Before the change we could go at least 2-3 weeks or more without a full change. I have written to the manufacturer to inquire as well. We need to change littler brand

This is a really good litter, just a bit on the pricey side so I only bought it with the 35% off first subscribe & save before deciding to switch back to Fresh step

This is a really good litter, just a bit on the pricey side so I only bought it with the 35% off first subscribe & save before deciding to switch back to Fresh step due to it being more affordable. My cats are not picky & I just clean the box up twice a day instead of once . . .but the Clump & Seal by far does the best job and masking odors & making the box easy to scoop.

I was happy to get all six boxes at one time since I am a senior and it’s difficult for me to carry it in for my car on the street. The only thing I did not like

The only thing I did not like was the FedEx delivery driver did not follow the shipping instructions and delivered the boxes to the front of house rather the side door, which was clearly stated in my shipping address. This was no fault of chewy as they have no control over the shipping providers.

The cats use it no problem, and the dust seems greatly reduced the biggest problem we have with kitty litter is tracking and dust. I guess that’s just the way kitty litter works, but this one the dust is definitely less than scoop away which was terrible because of the dust
