Is this clear? I have one now that's brown and my dogs are hesitant to go through it. I'm hoping a clear one would help.

Replacement flap

The flap I ordered is not correct for the door I ordered. ITT fits all measurements based on your screen info, however when the package was opened it was too short

The flap I ordered is not correct for the door I ordered. ITT fits all measurements based on your screen info, however when the package was opened it was too short for the door. I followed information on the door I purchased but I guess I got it wrong. I love my door for the cats but I needed new doors because cold air was coming in. My husband is going to try and make it work. Just need someone to look at the door and replacement flap and tell me which one I need. Also the flaps on the door did not come with the round logo on them like this. No where on the site did I see it had to have it. I am sorry this had to be my fault. Just not sure now what to order. Thank you Karen

Works well but needs to be sturdier

4 GSD's use this daily. In and out constantly. We have to replace the door every 6 months. Wish it were a bit sturdier in design. But, the boys are 120 and 110 pounds
