Loved it very gentle no tears
I really liked it and my puppy like it because does not make him upset with the smell or in his eyes I really recommend this shampoo smell so good and the smell still on my puppy for days so I do not need to use perfume on my puppy anymore

Great facial Shampoo
I love this iGroom shampoo. It smells wonderful and I use it just on their head, lathers nicely and rinses easily. I just wish Chewy would carry more of their product line.
Best Shampoo for Puppies
I purchased this product after getting a recommendation from a groomer that I know. It works beautifully on my puppy’s coat. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. It seems to be gentle on his skin which is very important because he’s still, as my sister likes to say, a baby.
Smells yummy
Truly tearless & smells wonderful! I use it on the face of all my dogs (I’m a professional groomer) and I know the eyes won’t be irritated and the face will smell great!
Plain or more like nothing
The best way to describe this shampoo is plain! Doesn't really fell like I bathed my puppy,

iGroom products are all very excellent grooming products and not cheap. You do get what you pay for. Expect to be delighted! I apply the product on a washcloth and clean my 2 pups faces lightly. Then I wipe off with a clean wet one. Next they get their bath and as water runs near the face area, etc., they feel no discomfort if there is any shampoo left on their face to rinse off. and of course, Chewy is the best! quickest delivery always.
Igroom Tearless Facial Wash
I personally think this is a fantastic find because the smell is pleasant but not overwhelming. My GSP dog is fully grown and almost 2 years old but is a giant baby about bath time and this made it quick and simple. I would recommend this if you need a good face cleaner for any dog and it says puppy friendly on the bottle but since I don't have a puppy I can't speak for that claim. But I can tell you that this did clean him and leave his face looking less dusty and more proper.

Great Find
I purchased this based on reviews given by others as well as their quality ingredients. I have to say this is actually a really amazing find. I have used it a couple of times so far all over my Westie's face and he didn't show any eye irritations during shampooing and during rinsing. No, I didn't purposely try to soap his eyes. He has used the tropiclean blueberry spa facial shampoo and he would lick (I mean the smell is quite delicious), but this one he controlled his licking because maybe the taste wasn't as great? Ha! :) Now the smell is very spa-like (at least to me) and I can't stop smelling him when he's all dried up. Light scent and fresh. Also, I am a doggo mom who bathes my Westie every week (I use special shampoo for the body). So far I have seen no issues. If I do, I'll be sure to follow up on this review.
