My cat loves these treats, but unfortunately, they spoil very fast. After my cat fell ill after eating them and vomited, I noticed black spots resembling mold. It’s January, and they are supposed to be shelf-stable until September or October. I had already alerted customer service about this issue, as it seems to be a recurring problem based on the reviews I’ve read.

I purchased these treats for my three cats. I wanted something to put Bacci's tiny pills in. The other 2 cats could just have these bites as treats. When I opened

I purchased these treats for my three cats. I wanted something to put Bacci's tiny pills in. The other 2 cats could just have these bites as treats. When I opened the tiny package there was an overwhelming smell of bacon. That smell was awful.These are supposed to be chicken flavored treats. I placed a tiny pill in one and gave Bacci a few of the treats. She would not eat any of them. Hugo also did not eat any of these treats. Teddy ate about ten of them and about 25-20 minutes later threw up everything. Needless to say that these treats were a waste of money. All my cats like chicken but I won't take a chance on giving Teddy any more of these. I don't know if they are spoiled and caused him to throw up. I will contact Chewy about a refund.

Better than a pill pocket

My one cat needs a smaller pill 2x a day. She was taking them inside a halved pill pocket, but soon that disappear. I tried the larger Churu treats, which she likes

My one cat needs a smaller pill 2x a day. She was taking them inside a halved pill pocket, but soon that disappear. I tried the larger Churu treats, which she likes too, but found these. I push her pill in one and feed it to her and then she gets another for good measure. there are a lot in one little triangle packet. I store the packet in a small sealable container to keep them fresh.

Grant you, my sweetie takes a tiny pill each day, but would not take it alone or in pill pockets. This little treat is a LifeSaver!! I scoop a tiny amount out of the center with a small sharp knife, stick the little pill in, then cover it back over with the creamy center that I took out. For an extra 'treat' I sometimes cut in half a little Pet Honesty multivitamin and stick each half on each end of the Bite. Looks like a little corn dog! Gracie LOVES it!!!
