How long will an opened can last in the refrigerator? We have one tiny puppy that doesn't eat much.
Answer by • Dec 13, 2020
An unopened can of food will last until the expiration date. Exposure to air, light, hot temperatures and humidity speeds up the rate at which foods degrade. To limit these effects, keep the food stored in original packaging and store in a cool, dry location. Ideally, after opening the can, any leftovers should be stored in the refrigerator and should be consumed within 3-5 days.

The suggested feeding amounts is just our recommendation. It can be adjusted depending on your pet's activity, age, environment, and breed.
Can I mix it with dry food?
Answer by • Jan 29, 2020
Mixing wet and dry dog food is fine as long as both options are of high quality and meet your pet’s nutritional and other health needs. Quality wet and dry foods are formulated to provide your pet with all the protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients they need to thrive. Do speak with your veterinarian about what type of food and how many calories per day your pet should be eating.
