Does Not Ship Well
Purchased thinking this would be a nice supplemental feeding for two new kittens. My first grievance is the fact that the item does not ship well at all. Item arrived crushed beneath other items and the freeze dried bits were pulverized to a dust inside. Had to sprinkle it as a topper instead of a meal as a result. I imagine that it would have been easier to actually measure had the food not been reduced to a powder, but my second grievance is the fact that it was made almost impossible to accurately measure out meals out of what was left. Honestly, I could have gone with a topper and paid less but I was hoping that I could have used this as a viable meal replacement option. Would recommend either choosing another brand of freeze dried meal or purchasing in store where you can verify the condition of the product prior to purchase.
Cats Loved This
My brother took in a stray momma cat that had 5 kittens on his porch. I send him food and treats from Chewy every so often to help with the cost of feeding these precious animals. I love the convenience of helping him with the cost and Chewy sends the food directly to him when I am in Ohio and he is in Florida.
Contains bone shard.
I only started feeding this brand recently to introduce freeze-dried raw to my kittens' diet. I was crushing some pellets into their food and my fingers pierced on a sharp piece of bone shard. I am horrified! How can this be acceptable as a food for kittens?!
Feline Fine Dining
Our blue tuxedo sphynx MariPosa is 8 months now. Upon arrival 4 months ago her digestive system was bad and our Vet recommended freeze dried. She is now in fantastic health. I smash up the pieces into a powder (great stress reliever :) and mix 1 Tbsp per 1/4 can wet Instinct Kitten. She meets me in the kitchen and watches her chef prepare her meal.

my 5 month old cat loves it !! so much so that he tore the bag and i had to put it away. only thing is i wish the pieces were a bit smaller, he seems to have to put in work to chew them. but they can easily be broken into smaller pieces.

Although a bit expensive, this is super good for your kittens. We use it as a topper and it helps maintain excellent weight in our bigger breed kitren.

This is a great food, but so expensive. My cat can only have raw diet or else she has diarrhea, but I’m finding that there’s no cheaper way to feed her because she refuses to eat wet food.

My Maine Coon kitten is doing very well on this food! He prefer it to freeze dried food from other brands. The food is also very easy to prepare.

Sajan comes running
My kitten is doing well on this. I serve every morning and he devours all of it. I mix in enough water to make a bit of a gravy. I also add in his probiotics. He also is eating the dry kibble by same brand, which I leave out for him. Am happy with his energy level, his coat and eagerness to eat. One bag lasted me 3 weeks. He is a (now) 15 week old Maine Coon.
