Can the lids be removed for cleaning?

The Lids may be removed for cleaning. When washing is needed, empty the contents from these containers. Wash by hand in the sink with warm soapy water (use nontoxic soap). Remove dried on residue with a dish sponge or plastic brush. Rinse thoroughly in clean water and allow to air dry completely before refilling.

Does the food scoop have measuring lines for smaller portions (ie 1/2 cup, 1 cup) or can it only be used as a 2 cup scoop?

Is it safe to poor the dog food in the container or is it best to keep the food in the packaging and place that in the container??

Poor shipping

I shipped this item twice once as an original purchase the second was as a replacement for the first both have broken bottoms. I have never had this issue with handling

I shipped this item twice once as an original purchase the second was as a replacement for the first both have broken bottoms. I have never had this issue with handling of any other packages. I suspect it could be due to how they packed the smaller storage container in the larger one but was very disappointed to receive another broken bin. I still love chewy and will buy from them but don't recommend this item.

I decided to upgrade my original food storage set up for 3 of my fur babies and saw good reviews across multiple platforms regarding the quality of this item. I just received it today, and assembled it. I know it’ll keep everything safe but the dimensions may not be accurate. For context: the top contains my cats dry food which was part of a 7 lb bag. Bottom contains some regular sized LID food from Chewy’s store brand that was a 12 lb bag plus some back up food I purchased from another store (4lbs mixed in). IRIS may need to update the dimensions as I’m not even close to the dimensions described

Bought a previous dog food container that was different from this one and it was so hard to close. Tried this one out (different style than the other) and it doesn’t

Bought a previous dog food container that was different from this one and it was so hard to close. Tried this one out (different style than the other) and it doesn’t even latch! The top container does latch but it’s not even an air tight seal anyway so it kind of defeats the purpose. And it didn’t even come with the scoop! So disappointed :(

The lids seem a little bowed on the sides. Not sure yet. But I like the containers and the xl scoop. If it’s bowed, it defeats the airtight purpose I bought it for
