Puppy Purgatory
The puppy purgatory as I’ve nicknamed this pack n play was awesome the 3 times I used it. Then after rinsing it out when the pups piddled in it the metal frame on one side had popped out. For reference I got this while we’re playing “Daddy Daycare” for my Golden’s two nine week old pups for nap time and when their Dad and “Aunt” are tired of being a parkour playground. With the metal popping out I’ll without a doubt be getting rid of this since I don’t want them getting hurt or anyone catching themselves on it. Because let’s be honest it wouldn’t be the pups it would end up being me lol. I do really like this so I am reaching out to Chewy to see if mine was just defective. Which is why I gave it a 3/5 since it is otherwise very durable and I like how easily you can see everything in the pen which had it not broken I would without a shadow of a doubt recommend this to my friends.
great product but weak zippers
Zippers easily separate apart with very little pressure from pets. Recommend a stronger plastic zipper. More heavy duty considering intended use is for pets.
Great for feline fur babies
I have several of these playpens, all various sizes depending on the size of feline fur baby that needs it. I've used these after surgeries, for quarantine purposes such as waiting on infectious disease blood screening for strays that I wanted to keep, and for kittens. These playpens are easy to clean, easy to set up and store away when not in use.
Great Dane
I travel a LOT and want a secure place for my pets to stay when I have to be out of the hotel room. I don't trust housekeeping to see the "do not disturb" sign, and if they open the door, I don't want my escape artist cat and my very large, but scaredy-cat, dog getting out. This works perfectly for the cat. A Great Dane, however? Well, it's not quite tall enough for him to hold his head up straight. (Why do even the big ones stop around 30 inches if it says it's good for up to 150 pounds?) The second problem was, unless I blocked it in place with furniture, he walked around in it like a hamster ball. It's durable! It didn't tear, although he did get the zipper open enough to escape once. He was a shelter dog, and kennels scare him, so I don't want to use anything that might feel like a cage.

Put my 2 Schnauzer puppies in this playpen to go to the store . When I came back one puppy met me at the door, they had scratched part of the zipper out and lifted the unit up and one came out. It was a big waste of money and don't waste yours
Super Play Pen
I purchased this playpen for my 5 cats. They love to chase each other through one door and out the other. They sleep in it and I can take one of them and the playpen to my friends house when I visit as she likes cats.
Impossible to Put Together
I have spent the past hour trying to put this thing together with no luck All was well until I tried to affix the bottom fabric was impossible to close. The plastic zipper is super flimsy and broke off right away. Then, after that frustration, I find it impossible to fold the thing back up. There are no instructions for setting it up and only very unclear instructions on how to fold it back up. This product has to go. I'm very sorry because it's super cute.
Perfect for our situation
We are very glad we purchased this for our deaf & blind dog to stay in over-night. We call it his bedroom. This comes with a nice floor and top sun-shade. This is NOT difficult to figure out how to put together or fold up for its convenient carrying case. We have covered the playpen floor with pee pads and our little dog has room if I don't get up in time to take him to the "pee pad room". This is not for a frisky, large puppy. They need a wire kennel. This is perfect for us and Mr. Peanut.
Puuuuurfect
This is puurrrrrfect for my foster kittens!! There is a litter box, bed and food and water in this space.

Love it and exactly as was described. We call it the kitty cora and my cat loves it. Room for her bed food and litter when we go away overnight.
