No live springtails or isopods

I opened the containers and set the containers in the enclosure, thinking they needed to warm up before emerging. Still no signs of life, I sprayed the substrate

I opened the containers and set the containers in the enclosure, thinking they needed to warm up before emerging. Still no signs of life, I sprayed the substrate with water. After 24 hours, there has still been no signs of life. Can I get a refund of the 42.99 I paid for the empty or dead containers of springtails and isopods from Josh's Frogs?

Packaging

Packaging was INCREDIBLE QUANTITY was less than enthusiastic to say the least. The isopods were all babies so I was not informed to have a PERFECT set up right away

Packaging was INCREDIBLE QUANTITY was less than enthusiastic to say the least. The isopods were all babies so I was not informed to have a PERFECT set up right away. (Im experienced in terrariums) All died in days due too lack of stability in themselves. Never had a problem with colonies before. But they have been full grown and mix. Springtails were less than satisfying... Dont buy. Not the quality unless your nursing a spider Terrarium.

I ordered these for our bioactive terrarium and they arrived dead. Customer service was wonderful and immediately sent a replacement. Those were all dead too.

Buyer beware

I’ve bought numerous things from Josh’s frogs and what u can tell you is the products are terrible and way over priced you can find way cheaper options anywhere

I’ve bought numerous things from Josh’s frogs and what u can tell you is the products are terrible and way over priced you can find way cheaper options anywhere else and the cultures for the price barely come with enough to help start a bio active in a 5g tank. Would highly not recommend way overpriced waste of time and money

Had to really search for Springtails

Disappointed. Had to really search for springtails and seen 3 out of the whole container that were moving. The others were dead.

Arrived dead

The first shipment I got the isopods were dead. The second shipment I got I had high hopes for but again they were dead. I am not entirely sure if the spring tails

The first shipment I got the isopods were dead. The second shipment I got I had high hopes for but again they were dead. I am not entirely sure if the spring tails were dead however the container was bome dry and had no airflow so I am fair certain they were also dead. I don't know if this is a suppler issue or if the bugs are stored in a Warehouse but both containers have plastic around the lid so I am pretty sure they are starving or asphyxiation
