To confirm, this is a "no-pull" harness? I inquire because most no-pull harnesses clip the leash under the neck. Thank you.

This is not a "no pull" harness. This is a very strong harness with a top handle that makes it much easier to control your dog. Julius K9 does sell a "T" attachment that is placed into the front strap and then hooks through the belly strap, that has a D ring, converting this to a no pull harness. As per backing out. If the harness is properly fitted, the chest strap should center the belly strap about one inch behind the front legs, and the belly strap should be tight enough that you can only place two fingers flat between the belly strap and the dogs chest, unless you dog is a contortionist that can dislodge his own joints, he's not going anywhere.

Is the "D" ring metal, I read in some reviews state that it is plastic

This is inaccurate. I just received my harness and the D ring is DEFINITELY plastic! The item showing on my order is metal, but, it's not. This is a problem for me!

What is the minimum neck size that the Baby 2: 13 to 17.5-in harness can be adjusted to? So far, every harness that we've bought the neck strap can't be adjusted down to a size that fits our dog, and he slips out of them. His chest is 15 inches and his neck just 8 inches.

Does the ‘Julius k9’ patch on the sides remove?

I love this harness - except - the D-ring for the small size is PLASTIC - not metal. Chewy is giving me a refund which I appreciate. However, I have a strong little 30 pound dog and I definitely need the metal D-ring. I would love a metal clasp - but, I can't find one in his size. Disappointed as I have a larger, more solid version of the Julius K9.

I love the design and how comfortable it fits my dog. Wearing the harness during travel makes it a happy event for the dog as it is so easy to hook the dog's seat
