To get the most accurate size harness for your pet, measure the girth of their chest, around the widest part of your dog's torso right behind the front legs, with a cloth tape measure. Pull the cloth tape snug, but not tight. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there's enough room for about two fingers between the harness and your pet's chest for comfort.

My EBD is exactly what would be a size 1, however when i received the item it’s a size 2, had trouble refreshing the order back to a 1. when i did so, it ordered a size 1 when i hit purchase, however i was sent a size two. simce my pup is a rescue, i could not send it back due to it being his only harness. now i’m stuck w a huge harness that is prob big enough for a Mastiff:(
we have finally found that our little escape artist can't escape from!!! No matter how much she tries she hasn't been able to escape from this one! This has tried chewing the strap but hasn't been able to damage it yet. The last one we bought she chewed thru the straps before we could get it off of her. She can still pull when we're walking but not like before!!! So now she begs not to have it put on her!!!
We’re looking for a canine harness for my 85 pound German shepherd I researched several manufacturers and found what I like from Julius K9. I ordered this harness and have used it for about a week. I found that the buckle hangs up periodically when attempting to connect it and also sticks periodically when trying to get it to release it also has a very light feeling to it I have not read any bad reviews about this harness from Julius and I would think that they have done their homework and testing it but unfortunately, I just don’t have a good feeling about using it with my German shepherd.
The harness fits our silver Labrador pretty good. When walking her, we are in more control. It’s better then her practically choking to death while walking on just a collar.
