Last with power chewer?
Answer by ChewyFeb 18, 2018
While this product is durable, it may not withstand excessive, aggressive power chewing.

Which size is comparable to a common tennis ball?
Answer by ChewyAug 01, 2021
The small ball is 2 inches in diameter, the medium ball is 3 inches in diameter, and the large ball is 4 inches in diameter. The closest measurement to a tennis ball would be the small.

Is there a third ball or something inside the crinkle part?
Answer by ChewyNov 09, 2020
This long-lasting dog toy is fashioned with a tough outer rubber layer which provides a protective wall. The outer layer has holes so that the crunchy sound is easily heard by your pet. The crunchy ball inside is made with recyclable plastic bottle material.

Better as a puzzle toy

My husky absolutely adores this ball. It's our new favorite puzzle toy when paired with cut pieces of True Acre "hearty bones". My husky did destroy the crackle interior very quickly and was trying to eat the small pieces of plastic, so I would not recommend this for unsupervised play. But with the crackle part removed, I find this make a fantastic puzzle/kong style toy for him. It takes him 10-15 minutes to get out 3 pieces (half a chew) - for him this is a LONG time to work at one thing! So we love it. Photo included for reference.

Great for moderate chewers

My dog isn’t a habitual destroyer of toys, and LOVES this toy. The inner ball crunched down but still makes noise, and now there’s room to pop some small treats inside as well. Safer than giving him a plastic water bottle to chew on, and easy to throw in his bag for fetch. Overall it’s become my dog’s favorite ball, and I’ll be purchasing more for sure!

Ball would be perfect size but is rock hard. The crackle whatever feels like if dog bites it hard enough that it will splinter and hurt mouth. This was for older pup that loves crinkle paper but crinkle it is not. :( I couldn't make it crackle and I'm not a weakling. Squeezed as hard as I thought Penelope would chew and wouldn't give at all. Junk

Crinkle Ball

I have 2 black labs and a chihuahua and they LOVE this ball.. they fight over it, I have to get more. (And the Chihuahua usually wins..and ends up with the ball).... lol would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT FOR LARGE DOGS. usually within 2 hours their stuff is destroyed...no joke...we are on like 2 weeks with this ball ....I call that a win.

She loved it for the day it lasted

Our dog is not a power chewer but has a strong bite so it took about an hour of play before the inner ball was crushed in half and no longer producing the sound she was enjoying. She still had fun chewing the rubber casing but a few hours later it split, not torn by chewing but a straight line crack from being folded in half repeatedly. I would have loved for this to last longer because she really did enjoy it but for the price I am not that upset she ruined it so quick.

One Hour of Fun

In Less than 2 Hours my small breed, 8 pound Papillon and 11 pound Chihuahua mix ate right through the rubber into pieces and had the inner ball out in no time. They thought that was the purpose of the ball apparently...Who could get the inner ball the fastest???

Could work for some pups

My dog didn’t love this ball. It’s super hard and can’t be picked up easily. She played with it for a second, but was done forever after that. I donated it to the humane society though. One man’s trash, is another man’s treasure!

crackle ball

I was told it would be a good size for my dog by a staff member and it ended up being way too small. On top of that it nearly chipped his tooth it was so hard on the inside, it popped after a day and the rubber around it broke.

Ball that falls apart

I purchased this ball for my dog thinking that it was strong and would last, but he chewed it up within 5 minutes. He usually isn't one to chew up toys, so I was really disappointed.

Loved it - destroyed in 10 minutes

I thought it would be best toy ever. My Shorkie grabbed it and went crazy playing with it. I went in 10 minutes later and the inner ball was out and in pieces and the outer rubber ball was ripped.
