Good at first but Does not last

I have rough collies, lots of coat and undercoat. These brushes have a great grip and the pins are rather gentle on the dog's hair. I have been buying then for

I have rough collies, lots of coat and undercoat. These brushes have a great grip and the pins are rather gentle on the dog's hair. I have been buying then for years. However, every new pair of brushes I buy last less and less. The cushion looses it's firmness and the pins sink in. I am still buying them for lack of a better option.

Not good for Chow Chow

I know people that use this for chow chows but this does not work for me. I will continue to use the rake comb which does work. I tried this type in the past so

I know people that use this for chow chows but this does not work for me. I will continue to use the rake comb which does work. I tried this type in the past so I should have known. I think it’s the dense under coat that it snag on. Again, some say it works but it doesn’t work on my chow.

Really holds up

This is the second one of these brushes that I’ve ordered and I really love them. I have a Havanese who has long hair but sometimes gets a little knotted. I brush

This is the second one of these brushes that I’ve ordered and I really love them. I have a Havanese who has long hair but sometimes gets a little knotted. I brush her every night to make sure she doesn’t get mats and the wire bristles are great, they go through her hair her super smooth but get through any little knot She has and doesn’t hurt her because of the round in tips.

Great for tangles

We have a multi-tzu and she is a bit of a Tomboy so she gets a lot of tangles. This takes them out without hurting her skin.

Bristles too far apart

I was pointed to this brush by one of your customer service representatives. The metal bristles are too far apart and did not give either of my dogs a good brushing

I was pointed to this brush by one of your customer service representatives. The metal bristles are too far apart and did not give either of my dogs a good brushing. There should be a listing that this is a brush for thicker coats and not the pets with medium fur coats.
