Tug of war rings
By Bowser on Jan 3, 2021
I have to give this review based on my first purchase of these rings which was from a local store. My dog LOVED these, he loved sitting and gnawing at them and playing tug of war with anyone around. After quite some time all that gnawing made a ring break open and his 3 rings were down to 2. Fast forward another month and he did it again. By this time he was pretty determined to break all the rings free and just gnawed at the same spot over and over until it broke. He must have quite the memory of it because he got a new set (this one from Chewy) for Christmas and within a week he already broke a ring off. Similar to other pictures from other reviews, he started breaking off pieces of it first I have to give this review based on my first purchase of these rings which was from a local store. My dog seems to be going through this toy much faster than he went through it the first time around. … more

great tug toy
By hillary on Feb 20, 2021
My dog loves loves LOVES these rings and we love them, too. They are reasonably durable as long as you don't leave them unsupervised. These will definitely not last forever, but we love these so much that we're ready to buy another set once the old ones wear out!

Not invincible
By Labmom on Dec 23, 2020
I have a 1 year old labrador who I would classify as a moderate chewer (needs a black kong if it is stuffed with food, Gonuts are a bit overkill). He doesn't tend to destroy toys, but after a game of tug he flopped down and started shredding this as though it was nothing! He got a few chunks out in the time it took me to realize and get it away from him. It's made of incredibly soft rubber-- I can literally cut into it by pressing my nail against it. Thankfully he was just shredding, not consuming, the pieces. We'll be sticking with other tug toys from now on.

Heavy duty! (Emphasis on “heavy”)
By DogMom on Dec 27, 2020
This seems like a great toy for a large dog. I bought a large instead of small for my rambunctious 30lb pup because other reviews made me think this would be more sturdy and indestructible (she’s a chewer). Sadly, she can barely manage it. It doesn’t fit in her jaws and it’s SOOO heavy that I’m pretty sure she’s going to break the China cabinet or someone’s kneecap as she tries to thrash it around. Great toy, but definitely only for outdoor use by a larger dog!

JW Pet toys ARE INVINCIBLE!!!
By Marguerite on Dec 30, 2020
This year, we rescued a Terrier/Poodle/Pug Mix puppy as we lost our 15yr old ShihTzu in February. Needless to say, our Shih Tzu was a very MILD chewer and his toys lasted forever. Our new pup not so. Went through numerous tough toys/chews with his strong teeth and jaw but have found that this brand surpasses all; with the exception of some Kong products. Extremely happy with the three we purchased and will be purchasing more. These toys ARE AMAZINGLY CHEW-PROOF AND INVINCIBLE AS THE NAME CLAIMS!!! Happy, Happy New Puppy Mom

Not for my pooch
By Jennifer on Jan 14, 2021
I bought this a few years ago when Clutch was still a puppy and he chewed it up. I thought now that he's older he wouldnt be as destructive, but it didn't last 2 days before he tore it up. I dont know what it is about this toy that makes him tear it to Itty bitty pieces (he has a ball made of the same material and he treats it like gold),but I won't get it again.

Didn’t last 5 minutes
By scoutaroo on Jan 12, 2021
My 1 year old Jack Russell was pulling off and eating pieces of this “indestructible” rubber almost immediately. We didn’t even get a chance to tug and play with them before I had to throw them out? Super disappointing. I hated having to take it away from her right after I gave it to her.

Not much of a toy
By fromthemomma on Feb 10, 2021
Did tug of war with dachshund puppy for a minute, the rubber already has 2 deep teeth marks 1/2 way through it. It looked like it'd be sturdy, I think this puppy has razors on his teeth.

Seemed like a used product
By used on Feb 20, 2021
My dog loves it, but it came without any packaging on the rings themselves and seemed to be lightly chewed in one spot. Not damaged but definitely seemed used :/

NOT invincible
By DogMomDani on Jan 4, 2021
I bought this because of the name: "INVINCIBLE Chains Triple Dog Toy" -My dog had this for less than an hour before he had it in pieces and was attempting to eat it. Don't let the name fool you, this is most definitely not for power chewers. Although it is a great tug toy.
