Depending on body condition, and forage quality, feed 1 to 3% of bodyweight as the sole grain ration along with good quality forage or pasture equivalent.
Unfortunately this feed is expensive so I wasted a lot of money to find out my 7 goats won’t touch this feed. I love Kalmbach for my chickens and had hoped to feed it to my goats as well. There is something about this recipe they just won’t eat.
My goat Ry is so very picky at what he will eat. I saw this and figured give it a try. Wholly Molly, mixed a few hand falls into his mixed of feed, and he ate all of his food. And he is just a different guy. When I get home from work he is standing near his feed dish waiting, then following me to feed him first. Thank you for having this product and shipping to my door so fast. A very happy Goat. Hoping the baby will enjoy when he starts big boy food. Thank you again Chewy for having what I need
I bought the Goat Granola for my boys to give them something g special with their hay stretcher. They absolutely LOVE this feed. It is balanced, has AC and is safe for my boys.
Our Doe, Millie, was wasting a lot of other brands of feed. This size is perfect for her. Love that it's only 30lbs. I had been hand mixing many of the ingredients ( blk sunflower seeds, granola, pumkin seeds) into another brands pellet anyway, so this goat granola is perfect for Millie.
I’ve tried multiple brands of this for my goats. This is, by far, their favorite!!
My goats really seem to like this mix. I put it with their grain and they gobble it down. Kalmbach feeds are all amazing!
Have been feeding this to my 4 Nigerian dwarf goats for several months. They have put some weight on for the winter and look incredibly healthy I am very happy with the all natural ingredients
All of my goats love this feed. Highly recommend this granola feed.
Goats loved it, but it didn't last long. A bigger bag would help.
They go NUTS over this! Even the picky ones. I highly recommend this product to goat owners
