To ensure that adequate nutrition is provided when fed in combination with a small amount of another feed, give 0.5 to 1.0 lb per 1000-lb horse per day. To provide fortification in a home made diet of unfortified cereal grains and other ingredients, mix 1 part All-Phase to 4 parts unfortified mix for mature horses; 1 part All-Phase to 3 parts grain mix for Yearlings; and 1 part All-Phase to 2 parts grain mix for weanlings. Limit meal size to 0.5 lb per 100 lb body weight. Feed in combination with a minimum of 1.0 - 1.5 lb of good-quality forage per 100 lb body weight per day.
