My equine nutritionist recommended KER EO3 oil to help with inflammation and glucose tolerance for my two horses. I was doubtful they'd eat this fish oil product, but slowly introduced it over 3 weeks. I started with a 5 cc syringe mixed into their alfalfa pellets, working up to the full ounce. They love it, even licking their grain bowls clean. They've been on it for about 2 months and I'm already seeing shiny coats. I found chewy to have the best price for this 32 oz bottle, and by far the fastest delivery of any of the equine suppliers. Big yes! from me and my horses!

The EO-3 has the DHA and EPA I was looking for to help my horse with her coughing. However... she will not eat it in her food. I stopped putting in her food, but now she is reluctant to eat. I then started drawing up 15 ml and giving it by mouth. I guess it affected the taste of her feed and hay. She wouldn't eat for about 30 minutes. After the third day, she refused to take any more of it. So disappointed. Maybe there is a better way to get her to take this and it not be a bad experience. Right now I've got to work on regaining her trust.

My horse has a history of repeated eye ulcers. Since using this, i have seen a marked decrease in the number of painful ulcers in his eyes! When they have flaired, I have been able to manage them with the medication protocol the vet gave me, and have not had the vet out to look at his eyes in months!

So far I have had no issues with this liquid. I introduced it my horse of 5 to 10ml orally syringing it into his mouth and good compliance. Gradually increased it to the full ounce amount and now he's eating it with on his and also mixed in his grain. The key in this case for success is the do small amounts for a few days and slowly increase till week 2 you might be able to just squirt into his grain prior to feeding your horses. I can say i will recommend if you do that! My purpose for this is to reduce arthritis inflammation so it's still a bit early for me to tell.

The disbursement pour method failed. The left side would not fill.

The horse liked the oil flavor and I have yet to see if it makes any changes to her overall condition

High percentage of omega 3, unlikely cheaper oils.

Expensive but hopefully worth it. Horse seems to like the taste!

Your horses may not like it at first but after time mine wait for it and beg me to give it to them! My 15 yr old paint mare was getting a cough and after adding this oil it went away within 2 weeks. I feed it via syringe due to the cost, I want her to get every drop! After a few months I went down to 20 ml and she is still cough free. I started a colt on it at 6 mths old- he gets 10 ml via syringe and loves it. Wish I could full dose but due to cost I’m being creative, plus figure there would be waste if just put on feed. The way I do it they get every drop! I do not have pasture (feed unlimited hay) and like feeding this to help my horses get omegas they are missing from fresh grass.

My 17 year old mare has cushings - slightly elevated ACTH. Instead of going for Pergolide I'm using this product and SmartPaks Pituitary support. I've only had her on the oil for a week and haven't noticed any major difference, but I'm hopeful that this will help! She likes it more than ground flax (both decrease inflammation) but I do have to add about 2 tablespoons senior feed to her balancer to get her to eat it.
