What is the magic to make the top two cups to stick?? These are the ones with the dials on them. I've tried everything, short of putting crazy glue on my windows! Can someone please help me with a trick/tricks to make them stay?

This kitty sill features Push 'n' Turn suction cups. Turn the tensioning knob counter clockwise, to loosen the cup mechanism. Loosen it until it almost comes off the threaded post. Locate the proper spot on the window, seat the suction cup against window and firmly push the end of the knob to remove air from cup. Slowly turn the tensioning knob clockwise until tight.

What do I do to fix the suction cups? They are no longer sticking to the window.

As with any suction cup, debris, temperature changes, sunshine and excessive use can weaken the holding power. We recommend removing the suction cups at least once per month to clean the window area, clean the suction cups and then re-install them for optimal strength.

Does this have to be mounted on glass?

The suction cups on the K&H EZ Mount Window Kitty Sill will not stick to any other surface besides glass. They are designed for glass.

How small (long and wide) is this before it is assembled? I will need to pack this in a suitcase and bring it to my vacation home.

Luna and Shadow love sharing this space. They smack at each other playfully while enjoying the scenic, sunny view. Best spot in the house. Very sturdy and they love the soft cozy material on the seat itself! Folds up nicely so we can pull down the blinds in the evening. As long as you follow the directions, clean the windows well before use and have quality windows, this product is as sturdy as any other ‘sunny seat’ on the market.

This is my cat’s desert island item. If they can have nothing else, they want this. They use it every single day and absolutely love it. My cats are 12 and 14 pounds, and they can both fit on the bottom level together snuggled comfortably. The 12 pound one can fit on the top level and likes to sleep up there when he wants his own space. The suction cups are surprisingly strong, and will hold very well if they are applied properly. Every few months(ish), a suction cup will pop off the window while they are in it, but it typically stays suctioned on the other side long enough for my cats to get off of it safely. Sometimes they even stay on it and risk the fall because they are too comfortable to move. We have both the single level and double level one, and they absolutely love both.

I've finally bought a replacement one for the one that I've had for 4-5 years. The backing was coming off after being washed multiple times. There's almost always one cat hanging out on this. It rarely comes off the window. Maybe every 6-8 months one of the suction cups comes off and I have to reapply it. Great investment!

I like that it’s two levels. The suction cups seem to work I have other models from the same brand. Just have to make sure you clean the window and soak the suction

They put a sticker on the fur which was annoying to get off, I had to use a hair dryer to melt the stickiness to peel it off

Easy set up.

Cat loves it. She is small (9lb), but loves to play on it, chasing her tail through it, attacking the cords, jumping onto it from a distance. It is holding up well

Cat loves it. She is small (9lb), but loves to play on it, chasing her tail through it, attacking the cords, jumping onto it from a distance. It is holding up well (has been up about 3 weeks), and it was easy to put up with good instructions. My only complaint is what others have noted about similar products: the really stupid sticker placement that I ended up carefully trimming off with my smallest sewing scissors. If I cared that much about the aesthetics, this would have been a return. (So, really, 4.5 stars).

It hold the weight of my cats. I added an extra suction cup with a hook so I can put it up when I close the blinds at night.
