Freeze dried minnow treats- while I know these treats were intended for dogs and cats, my dogs each got one and the cats scarfed down the rest. I tested them on all the kitties, even the picky eaters and everyone agreed, beat new treat! I love that there’s no additives and they’re just fish and that they stay shelf stable for a long time, so a great snack to keep on hand or when I travel with my pets and don’t have to worry about wet food getting too hot in the car.

Such a fun little snack for both dogs and cats! My fur babies have never had a treat like this before. I knew my dog would like these as he eats anything. While waiting patiently for me to say he can have it, he started drooling. You can see a little drool bubble in the photo I got of him. He loved them so much! Our kitties on the other hand were a little more skeptical at first. They struggled to eat them but after breaking them into smaller pieces they gobbled them up! Even my kitty with no teeth was snacking away! I love that it's just one single ingredient so I know they're healthy with no strange additives. I can feel good about giving this to them and fish is really good for their skin and coat! Safe to say this is a fan favorite based off them shoving their faces into the bag afterwards looking to get more!

Treats for both dogs and cats!

I decided to try this product out mainly because I was intrigued by the fact that it’s advertised for both dogs and cats. I have to say you get quite a large bag

I decided to try this product out mainly because I was intrigued by the fact that it’s advertised for both dogs and cats. I have to say you get quite a large bag with a decent amount of product inside. The fish are indeed minnows, and what I was most pleasantly surprised was that there is virtually no smell from the fish at all. I truly was expecting to be hit with a very fishy smell upon opening the bag, but I got no smell what so ever! My dogs loved them as did a couple of my cats, however take my advice and hide the bag good because I did not and my cat got a hold of the bag and he and my dog devoured what was left of the treats. I was left with pieces of the bag after they were done with it. So I would say they absolutely loved it lol.

Ted, our 31 lb standard Pomeranian, was excited to see what was in the Chewy box! I gave him a minnow and he took it in his mouth. He looked uncertain as he crunched

Ted, our 31 lb standard Pomeranian, was excited to see what was in the Chewy box! I gave him a minnow and he took it in his mouth. He looked uncertain as he crunched it. Then he spit it out and said Nope! I did offer the minnows to a few of our kitties and they were in love with them. I think this is a hit or miss with dogs, but a great treat for cats. The minnows are a good size, not tiny, and there's a good amount in the bag.

I can’t say enough good things about this product from my dogs’ perspective. They absolutely loved it, and beg for it whenever they see the bag! Here’s the deal: it’s me. I am the problem. I know this is the circle of life, and I love that my dogs are happy, but, when I opened that bag, I saw 10,000 eyebulbs looking at me and I kind of lost it! On the other hand, anything for my dogs, and they loved it! My advice: don’t make eye contact, pour it from the bag and call it a day! Seriously, to my sensitive humans, get it together, and enjoy! Your dogs definitely will!😂

I picked up the King Lou Whole Minnows treats for my dog Buddy. While he wasn’t super interested in actually eating them, he had a blast with them in his own way! He loved licking the minnows, tossing them around the kitchen, and even playing a little game of catch with himself. It turned into more of a toy/treat combo than a snack, which was pretty entertaining to watch. If you’re looking for something to fully satisfy a picky eater, this might not be it. But if your pup enjoys playing with their food or needs a little novelty in treat time, these are worth a try.

We love these treats! Our bulldog has multiple allergies, so we’re always looking for limited ingredient treats for him. We love that there are no added ingredients - it’s just fish. My dog is obsessed with them. As soon as he hears the package opening, he runs to the kitchen. The texture is crunchy but not too hard, and they’re about the size of three quarters lined up next to each other. I would definitely recommend this product.
