My cat LOVES this toy! She is a big wand toy lover and toy bird with feathers/ribbons lover, so this toy has been a huge hit. She loves her flamingo toy so much, I bought her a second one for when she wears out the first! (So far it’s holding up well though, especially considering the daily abuse it suffers from her!)
That is it. Regardless of the circumstances, each time I call you for anything from an order to a question, you are there with everything and I tell my little world that you guys are the Best....So I hope I can skip to the end as I have a few things to do and you folks, I can always count on taking good care of Mose my cat and me.
After over a year of trying to get the Bluebird again we finally got it! It’s my kitten’s favorite toy, and her sister chewed the elastic off the first one, and then we left what was left of it at the vet. I’ve probably bought 3 more just trying to get the blue one, and I have the happiest kitten!!!! The elastic is really thin, so definitely supervised play only with this toy.
My cat seems to really like wand toys that have feathers attached, so I decided to try this toy out. When I took this toy out of the box and waved it in front of my cat, he was immediately interested. But this was a mistake to do because the plastic zip tie on this is SO tightly secured that it took a really long time to dig my scissors into it and cut it off. So that was a chunk of time that my cat wanted to play with it but couldn't. So when I finally was able to use this wand toy appropriately, he was interested in it for maybe 30-60 seconds max and then sauntered off. The toy itself is just okay and I don't have any praise or complaints about it. I do have a big complaint though about the packaging! Why was it so difficult to remove?! I wish I could send the manufacturer some feedback about this.
All three of my boys adore this toy! The first one was separated from the wand early but the bird lure was carried all! Our second has held up well--bringing all three cats to play from throughout the house.
So far my cat likes this toy, and that is all that truly matters. But honestly I was surprised that this Kong toy was made so sloppily. It arrived in new packaging, but the bird’s body was matted and bare in spots and actually looked used. I would still recommend this toy, though, as it has many features attractive to cats.
The first image is solely of a flamingo tease. But beware there are multiple variants. So I purchased it and they sent something completely different. I then asked how to return it and chewy left my email unreplied. Not very professional
Great toy for interacting with cats. Good exercise for the cats. They will jump in the air when you swing the toy high, and chase it when you whip it back and forth.
Buddy comes every morning to play on my bed. He knows his favorite toy is buried in the covers. Half the fun is “hunting” for his prey. Great wand toy!!!
Yeah… so I was playing with my cat, and the string connecting the flamingo to the stick is elastic. My cat likes to grab the toy and hold on to it, and as I was pulling the stick to try to get it away from her, the elastic broke, and either the stick or flamingo or elastic snapped back into my eye… it ended up scratching my cornea, and I had to go to the doctor. Beware of toys like this that have an elastic string! Normal string is not as dangerous.
