Disappointed!

Within 30 minutes my Lab mix had chewed the stick. He is a chewer, but this is the first KONG product he's started to destroy so quickly. From the images on Chewy

Within 30 minutes my Lab mix had chewed the stick. He is a chewer, but this is the first KONG product he's started to destroy so quickly. From the images on Chewy this stick looked like it was tougher than it really was. I bought it along with the Reflex Football because of the good reviews. It's a shame as my dog was so excited to play with it when I opened the Chewy box!

Didn't last 5 minutes

You is advertised to withstand tough chew sessions but didn't last 5- minutes before one of my dogs was able to start shredding it.

This Really Lasts

Great long lasting product. My 6 month old Doberman loves to play fetch, catch and balance with this toy. Really tough and long lasting toy. Highly Recommend.

This is theee BEST throw toy

So my mom bought this for me and WOW! I LOVE IT! It bounces around sonetimes when she throws it. I'm always up for fetch with this toy. And oh yeah, it's BRIGHT

So my mom bought this for me and WOW! I LOVE IT! It bounces around sonetimes when she throws it. I'm always up for fetch with this toy. And oh yeah, it's BRIGHT YELLOW so my doggie eye cones can see that color. Very visible in the dull gray grass.

Description said toy was chewable and was made of strong materials. Not so. My dog took it out of the package and bit down once and the whole end crumbled. I have purchased many kong dog toys over the years and have been pleased. I was very disappointed in this one. I was looking for a toy that I could throw and my dog would retrieve. This was not that toy. Thinking about it I shouldn't have indicated one star. How do I go about getting a refund?
