For the dogs who cant catch the squirrels in real life
By HudsonFam on Nov 7, 2019
My 60lb boxer mix loves attempting to get squirrels outside he although isn't quiet enough or fast enough to accomplish his goal. Out of all the toys I purchased two weeks ago this has been his favorite non treat toy hands down. It didn't take him long to rip this one open though and I took it away for a bit and Grandma tried to sew it shut again. The day he got it back he opened it up and removed the rope, which he also equally loves. shortly after he detached the squeaker and I threw it away because its a choking hazard. He still loves the toy although its ripped in several pieces, the shell although is mostly intact. For the price I would definitely buy again.

KongSquirrel
By BattleChampion on Nov 3, 2019
Kong Squirrel fought a good fight but in less than a days time he was verociously defeated. Soft Flesh strewn throughout the house as the dog ravaged his enemy, tearing squirrels rope spine from its body. Squirrel was not prepared for this battle, only wearing a thin layer of clothe for armor. Had squirrel worn thicker armor and lasted more than a day, he could have been the champion and won the 5 star honor. Sadly for squirrel, this was not the case and he died an unimaginable and tragic death soon after arrival.

Dog ripped it open in 5 minutes
By Lenn on Dec 2, 2019
This toy has very thin fabric over a rope. My medium size border collie chewed through the fabric in 5 mins to get the rope. I ended up removing the rope and letting him chew and play With the rope. Now that I know he likes to chew on ropes, I will just buy a rope toy next time.

My beagle loves her squirrel!! She plays with it every single day!! I have to figure out how to sneak it away to wash it! LOL She has yet to rip it open and she’s had it for a month! I will definitely be buying another! It’s her favorite toy!!

Not for strong chewers
By Myles on Nov 2, 2019
Within five minutes... my Weimaraner tore apart the toy and completely removed the rope from the animal casing... we always buy the Kong Knots toys but by far this one was the worst. No exaggeration five minutes and a waste of money

A new fave!
By Jameson on Nov 8, 2019
A quick chew through for my 90 lb. Pit...but he’s still having a blast with the “carcass” and especially with the rope inside. Less mess than a lot of other toys, and so cute before Jameson ripped off the head. Lol

Already Destroyed After 2 Days!
By Becky on Oct 24, 2019
It only took 2 days for our 4 month old lab puppy to rip it open and pull the inside rope out. Not to mention our puppy still has his baby teeth... so this is DEFINITELY not for a dog that chews or plays with toys at all.

Weak and cheap
By Pazzo on Nov 12, 2019
Sadly , this toy doesn’t hold up at all . The outside came apart after less then 10 minutes . The rope inside is too soft and the knots came apart instantaneously. Not good for dogs .

Wasting money
By Greeneyez on Oct 22, 2019
It literally took my 10 month old German Shepherd 15 minutes to have the rope literally pulled out of the animal toy and the animals just laying right next to it with holes I cannot fix!

Not good for strong chewers
By ColoradoJuliann on Sep 25, 2019
My dogs had these ripped apart and the rope out of it within minutes. They then tore apart the rope which was very loosely wound and then I had string all over the carpet. Kong is usually a good brand, but my dogs tore this to shreds in just a couple of hours.
