Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.
I’m really sad for my 8 month old Great Dane, Klaus!!!! He absolutely loves this toy, but it didn’t hold up. I have tried many toys because he loves to squeak. He can only have stuffies and tug toys during the day and during playtime with myself and his Pug best friend, Yoda. But, I needed something he could have as bedtime approaches, as well, to occupy him while he winds down. He tends to think bedtime becomes his next playtime and has this end of the day burst of energy.

Klaus, has medical issues (stemmed, sadly, from bad breeding,) that causes him to have to pee extremely often and in excess, so he sleeps with me so he can nose nudge me to wake me up throughout the night and take him out. He loves the toy so much that he asks for it every time so he can take it with him to potty. He squeaks it constantly while he’s peeing, then brings it back in, climbs back into bed and sleeps on it. Sadly, in the time it took me to check on my mother one night when she awoke me due to pain, he was able to chew right through the “tough” fabrics and expose the ball portion of the toy. Having to take that toy away from him was extremely hard for me. I don’t know if maybe we got one that wasn’t made correctly, because he has other toys made with the same outer material that he has not been able to tear through, but, now his favorite toy is gone with the trash man.
Klaus has a Kong ball and the X large stick and chews on both without any issues, but they don’t squeak! I’m hesitant on buying and trying another one for him just to have to throw it away, but to watch him with that toy, squeaking it four times before picking it up to bring to me, taking it to pee and speaking it while doing his business, playing fetch while squeaking it as he’s returning it to me throw again, was priceless for us both. Klaus has not been attached to any other toy since this one so I’m at a loss. Buy it again, or keep searching?… more

We buy the xlarge for our Pit Bull who squeaks them like crazy. He isn't a chewer, so they last a really long time but even when someone does work on them they're still kong tough. The best part is there's no tempting fuzz or round plastic squeaker the dog can feel and want to go after. I love these and recommend them to anyone who has a dog who loves a squeaker toy!
great for fetch in or out of the water.

We used this to each our 5 month old pup to comfortably run into the lake. He loves playing fetch with this at the lake and enjoys fetch with it at the park as well. He hasn’t really discovered it squeaks yet, but I’m sure it’s bound to happen. Would definitely recommend.
Great Toy for pups

Great toy, but it was destroyed in about 3 days ..... we have (3), yes (3) 1-yr old puppies that really like to CHEW!! Fortunately, they really only chew sticks and their toys ..... they love any toy that squeaks but the immediately go to work on the thing that makes the noise ..... in a few days the "noise" is gone. We were hoping this fabric might hold up a bit longer than most. The strings get long and worrysome if they ingest them .....

After less then an hour with it she ripped it open and eat strings. This morning thankfully they came out without attachment issues if you know what I’m saying. Kong is usually great. I must of gotten a defective one
Soo fun to distroy
on Sep 14, 2021
I know these toys will not last forever but my dogs sure do have alot of fun distorting them. After all, isn't that why we; us pet parents buy them? Watching my boys distroy this toy is like watching my human kids open and play with toys.

This Large Wubbie is my GSD's favorite toy. I wish that the 2 bands held up better because those are what she goes after first, but I retie with twine to buy some more time.

My dog has played with this for over a year. He loves to play tug, it squeaked for over a year before it finally stopped squeaking, but otherwise held up great. He enjoys the squeak so we bought a new one.
Very sturdy toy

Very sturdy toy. My puppy enjoys playing with it. I think it is very durable for all but the most vigorous chewers. It squeaks and bounces and is fun for play inside as well as outside.
Fave toy of my Lab
on Aug 20, 2021
I wish they were a tad sturdier so my girl didn't tear them up quite as fast, but she doesn't like many toys so I keep a supply of the Wubbas and get a new one every now and then because the squeaking makes her happy. We still throw and tug with the ones that don't squeak until she rips them apart.
