Nose cover isn't great

Not sure if it's too big or it's the design, but I have a 17 hand TB and it is too long in the front over his nose. It gets disgustingly dirty from it rubbing into

Not sure if it's too big or it's the design, but I have a 17 hand TB and it is too long in the front over his nose. It gets disgustingly dirty from it rubbing into food/water. I have to clean it every day. It looks pretty long on the horse in the photo so maybe that's just how it fits. The part around his eyes is great. Stays away from them nicely.
