The red light turned on for my filter. I ordered a New filter and changed it. The red light won’t turn off. I’ve tried turning it off. Unplugging it. Re-installing the filter. Pressing the filter button. Nothing. Still stays red. I love this thing. What am I doing wrong?

For the Core P350, you will need to turn on the purifier, then press and hold on the red filter light for 5 seconds to reset it.

Can I put this in the closet with the litter box?

This purifier can help with litter box odors. However, the litter box can feed odors into the filter which can cancel out the benefits. LEVOIT recommends cleaning the litter box quickly so that the carbon filter does not get used up too quickly. Otherwise, the unit is okay to use in a closet with a litter box.

2nd time chewy delivery was left at mailbox

There is a dusting of snow in my driveway. My driveway is flat, and it is the first time it has snowed. I am disappointed in FedEx's delivery.

Small and good white noise machine

I got this for my cat who is suffering from allergies. This purifier is pretty quiet on the lowest setting, kind of like white noise. It's small so it's perfect

This thing is small and sleek, easy to keep out of the way. I have a 14 year old cat and a 6 month old kitten, and neither has been skittish of our new contraption,
