Kitten collar - sized really small

I ordered 4 collars. This one only went our 7”, the others were around 9”+, So if you don’t want a collar that is for growing a kitten, don’t buy this one.

Escape was too easy.

My kitty got out of this right away, and again, and again. So much that the clasp loosened and is no good to anyone.
