Mane 'n Tail Horse Detangler
Worked wonders for the horses that would let me do it. Four of them no problem, but the other two... One of them wouldn't even let me touch him until yesterday. It was really my fault tho, knowing him as I do, I should have know better. (He let me do his tail and a bit of his mane, but as I went further up his mane, that was it!) I already bought more, and will continue to do so. BTW my horses aren't exactly what I would call extremely well trained, just enough to make them quite manageable.
VERY IMPRESSED
I do not usually write a review but I was so impressed I thought I should. My daughter had bought this product and I borrowed it to use on a horse turned out to pasture that had tangled her mane to the degree I felt I would surely have to cut it off. I sprayed her knots and began to pull them apart, to my surprise the knots began to slip out. Very pleased so I bought my own bottle. Thanks Mane'n Tail for a great product. Unfortunately, I was not able to add a picture because it was too large.
Brushing is much easier!
The tail of my dog(Tornjak) looks like a plume, doesn't it? And it is abundantly coated on the rear of his hind pasterns. I read a horse detangler works well on this kind of hair. Yes, it really worked well. He didn't like to be brushed around his legs and tail before. But now he doesn't care much if I use the product and brush.
SPILLED ALL OVER CAT KIBBLE
Ruined my cats expensive high protein senior food for her illness. Leaked thru plastic wrap tears & bubble wrap. So now my American Saddlebred Show horse with tail that is 4 feet on the ground is out his necessity product too. I am VERY UPSET!!
Love the product but the bottle isnt great
I have been using Mane and Tail products since the late 90's for my horses. I had not ever used the detangler until this year. I like it, it works good, but the spray bottle leaks all over everything and once it is about 3/4 gone the bottle struggles to pump the rest through the spray nozzle. I have switched to a different product.
Horse hair care
Makes my horses mane and tail detangled with only a couple sprits. Smells nice and is really moisturizing to her tail and mane.

Way too expensive!

Works great!
This stuff got all of the knots out of my horse's terminally tangled tail. Be careful though, once you get it on your hands it's hard to hold a rake without it sliding through your hands. Gloves advised.
Not for my dog
It did not work. All it does its get the hair wet which makes it more difficult to untangle.
