Is the flow ok for a Betta?

Nice starter 10 gallon. I did replace the light with something stronger (the basic light was very easy to remove. The filter it comes with is decent but instead of the 3 filters cartridges or comes with, I subbed some filter media, a bag with carbon and resin and some filter floss on top. Way cheaper in the long run. The lid fits well and it slightly domed so my light isn't sitting in the water. Only feature I didn't light was the open feeding hole in the right corner. If prefer a little hatch for in the middle like most other models.

Amazed by the kit. I have a betta in a 5-gallon tank and decided to upgrade him to a bigger one. This was on sale for $54 with a thermometer, filter (i bought the Marina filter separately for the goldfish tank for $24 so it really is a good deal), and extra accessories I didnt realize (fish food, water conditioner, and biological booster). I probably wouldnt use the fish food cause I prefer my betta to eat thawed shrimp or bloodworms, but I have tried the water conditioner. I have yet to try the booster. Overall, it is a really good price. I have thr same Marina filter for about 2 months now and it works well in the goldfish tank. I am not picky so I am satisfied with this purchase.

What a great deal for this starter fish tank! I was surprised not only to find the tank, hood, LED lights, but also food, a net, water treatment and a fish tank guide. Perfect for my classroom. The only thing I wish this tank had was a lid for the feeding hole. I don’t like that it is open because a fish could easily jump out or something could be tossed inside the tank. Covered with a hard plastic.

I was looking for an aquarium that wasn’t too big that I could put on my kitchen counter. This MARINA 10 gallon tank is perfect. A great starter tank for anyone new to having fish pets. It comes with everything you need to get set up. It comes with a filter, 3 included pads, a light, a thermometer, fish food, water conditioner, and a lid that has an easy feed opening so you never have to lift a lid. This is a perfect aquarium for anyone who just wants a few fish friends or a spacious habitat for a betta or a couple of geckos.

Great size for my comet gold fish. Looks nice on my bedroom dresser. The sound of the filter is like a small water fountain which is good for rain sound sleepers. Place tank on a sturdy surface then fill. It’s a heavy tank when filled so it requires the right furniture to sit on.

This tank is awesome!! My beautiful Betta Bleu’ loves this tank. The filter is super safe, no way to get hurt. It has a dial setting on it so you can make it as strong or soft as you want, which is a must for Betta that do not like strong currents. The filtering system on the back means Bleu’ gets even more tank space since it is not in the tank. Ultra quiet!! With easy modifications I plugged the feeding hole with a filter sponge, and this great screen that I was able to cut to fit across the back tank/filter opening. All Bettas are good jumpers! So wasn’t taking any chances he could jump out of those open areas. Total modification $8 and 10 minutes to cut it. If not a betta or not a jumper, no modifications needed!!! See pictures so you can see! Love this tank! Would definitely purchase again for another Betta.
