where can I get replacement filters

Can i use this tank for my two turtles?

This aquarium kit is not recommended for turtles as they require a heating lamp and a landing dock.

Does this tank have a day and night option on the lighting?

How much gravel would be needed with a 20 gallon aquarium?

Determining how much substrate to buy for your new aquarium depends on the size and shape of your tank, as well as the depth of the substrate bed you wish to achieve. We suggest 1 pound of substrate per gallon, to achieve a 1 inch bed or 2 pounds per gallon, for a 2 inch deep bed.

Shipped with hole in box and cracked glass

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he’s just now filling it with water only to realize it’s been compromised because of a crack. The box looked banged

Missing power cord for light

I thought this was a decent brand. I have a smaller tank and it’s been fine. However, when I decided to upgrade to a 20 gallon, It didn’t come with the extension

I thought this was a decent brand. I have a smaller tank and it’s been fine. However, when I decided to upgrade to a 20 gallon, It didn’t come with the extension cord needed to plug in the light. I’m frustrated after calling. They said they’d send me an email and I need to submit my receipt (though they had all my contact info already). They said they would try to find one to send me. I didn’t receive the email. I now have to figure out how to contact them another way to get the cord. Disappointed.

Didn’t meet expectations

Great kit, but I can’t get over my disappointment that the hood is not hinged. The reason I picked this set is because it looks like the hood is hinged in the photos

Great kit, but I can’t get over my disappointment that the hood is not hinged. The reason I picked this set is because it looks like the hood is hinged in the photos on the box. Other than that, it’s a great kit and came with everything else advertised. I like that this hood has room to put cords and airlines through it.
