Marineland Bamboo for Aquariums & Terrariums is a low-maintenance alternative to caring for live plants in your tank. The soft plastic bamboo strand is three feet long and adds to the visual appeal of any aquatic environment. It can also help reduce fish stress by giving them a place to hide. You can anchor the bamboo to the bottom by burying it in the gravel, or remove the base if you prefer to let it float freely along the top. Using realistic plants in your aquascape creates a more natural setting for your aquarium or terrarium.

This bamboo plant was very usefully and looks great in my take I ended up cutting the plant to make it a little shorter given that I have two 10 gallon takes so I just crated smaller plants with the extra pieces I had cut off. The big piece its self went into my fancy guppy tank and surprisingly two days after I had put the plant in one of my guppies had given birth so it was a great place for the fry to hide and stay around.
Beautiful for bigger tanks

Perfect for background filler, fills the background up nicely while providing fish with plenty of hiding spaces... beautiful greenery just looks wonderful in the tank

For the price this is a versitile and useful decoration. This is the kind of plant the can be removed and placed on another section allowing for customization of the look and function you are trying to achieve. I create long sections to go up and across the tanks for fry and light difussion. With Chewy the price was best I could find and shipping was fast.

I have 7 or 8 freshwater tanks (1 tank is a side by side with separate systems so IDK how to count it lol) I just transferred some rescue carp to my 640 gallon indoor pond. Having been in an aquarium for months prior, they are very skittish with their new world view! Even the koi that used to hand feed is afraid when I approach because I'm "so tall" now. They all smoosh together to try and hide under this. I am using it as a floating cover for now but when the fish are more accustomed to their surroundings I'll "plant" it upright. There is so much plant in just one bag that I plan on getting one to disassemble and use the pieces in different tanks.
Do you need this???

In decorating my husbands aquarium after 3 years of only fish and water in it. I wanted something that look nice and I did not want to spend a lot of money since I did not want an aquarium anyway... We have a 55 gallon tank and 2 of these one on each side of the tank will make the tank look alive and full.. Great Buy
Turtle loves it!

I bought this for my Red Ear Slider so she could have more places to hide in her outdoor pond if she got spooked. She loves it!! I love it as well, make her pond look so much more alive without the frustration of taking care of a real plant.
Great large plant

I love these long plants for large tanks and the price on Chewy far better than the local pet store that charges 2.5 times as much for the exact same plant. The plant is great for giving a lot of coverage in a 220 gallon tank.
Nice decor for a tank

I bought this to add to my turtle tank, but noticed my fish had started to develop ich. One recommendation is to provide more cover, so I put the plant in there instead. It made a nice addition to the tank. The smaller fish like to hide it in and the angelfish are always swimming around it. I'm still planning on buying one for the turtle tank. The price was a lot better compared to similar products found in pet stores.

I love this plant, it is a super buy for the money ! It’s really tall and full ! Must be weighted down, or fill tray with gravel.
