Killed one of my babies

Had been using this for years. Whatever new formula or update they did one of my completely healthy 5yo males went downhill over a few weeks & then he was dead

Had been using this for years. Whatever new formula or update they did one of my completely healthy 5yo males went downhill over a few weeks & then he was dead. The food is the only correlation. Especially when I saw other reviews saying their babies were sick. Won’t ever buy it again now. I’m grateful only one was affected before I realized.

It smells like mold and rot

This food used to be the only food that I would get for my ferrets because it was a high quality food that they really enjoyed. I don't know if they changed ownership

My ferrets favorite food

I do a mix of four different foods but this is the one the pick out first. They all look much healthier and plumper after adding this to the mix.

Switched for the Cost, Stayed for the Quality

Was frustrated with the price increases of a different popular ferret food brand so I wanted to give this a try. I already liked Mazuri’s rat food so I was happy

Was frustrated with the price increases of a different popular ferret food brand so I wanted to give this a try. I already liked Mazuri’s rat food so I was happy to give their ferret food a try. My picky boy had no issues switching to it! Highly recommend, I’ve had no issues on it!

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. All three of my ferrets have lost weight and had the runs while eating this “new and improved” diet. Thank you Chewy for the refund,

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. All three of my ferrets have lost weight and had the runs while eating this “new and improved” diet. Thank you Chewy for the refund, but we will no longer be buying this product. Since changing my ferrets diet while weening them off of the mazuri they refuse to touch it. Doubled in price and was somehow worse. So sad that my ferrets can no longer enjoy their favorite food of 5 years.

Since they doubled the price and changed the recipe all of my babies have lost weight and are lethargic and now we have to have them on a special diet to try and nurse them back to health. I've used this brand for years and had no issues all my babies were happy and healthy that's why I was willing to still pay the EXTREME hike in price. PLEASE anyone who loves their carpet sharks as much as I know you do, don't buy this brand anymore. It's just dangerous. Honestly I'm surprised Chewy is still supporting selling this food after so many scary reviews.

I was confident that my boys would love this new kibble, as it was the perfect size kibble for them. However, they only snacked lightly on it, and that is when

I was confident that my boys would love this new kibble, as it was the perfect size kibble for them. However, they only snacked lightly on it, and that is when I put salmon oil on it. I think the reason being is that ferrets imprint on their food, and since they have been eating the same kibble for 2 years, they were not as inclined to try a new food. My ferrets are very picky overall, and only one of the 2 will eat any sort of treat. However, with that said, the kibble has very good ingredients for the ferrets, and I have now mixed it with their current kibble in effort for them to acquire a taste for a new food.

What am I supposed to do??

First off, the price went up DRASTICALLY. But I have no other choice, so I ordered it. It arrived and when I was transferring it to my airtight kibble container

First off, the price went up DRASTICALLY. But I have no other choice, so I ordered it. It arrived and when I was transferring it to my airtight kibble container I did notice it smells weird? Filling their bowl I REALLY noticed it - it smells STALE? I figured maybe it was from the hot sun it was mailed in? But day two it still smells.. and my ferrets REFUSE to eat it!!!! They’re hungry and I have nothing to feed them that they’ll eat and I’m panicking!!! Did I get a bad batch?? Did they change the formula?? My ferrets won’t eat it!!!
