This formula is not low starch. Mazuri's low starch formulas are the Mazuri Tortoise Diet LS Food and the Mazuri Small Tortoise LS Food.

Can this be fed to water turtles ?

Is this a good feed for sulcatas ?

Came in so so fast!

I was completely out of food for my tortoise and my local corp pet store was completely out, not even an order put in for it to come back onto the shelves, worst

I was completely out of food for my tortoise and my local corp pet store was completely out, not even an order put in for it to come back onto the shelves, worst of all their website was quoting a 7 day shipping with only a 1.25lb bag (no 25lb option) :( so I said Chewy can probably do better and as predicted they absolutely did, not only and option for 25lb bags but the quote for shipping was 2 DAYS, it came in in exactly 2 days, very early in the day too! Im so grateful I had more options and at a really stunner ship rate, thank you Chewy!!!

Red footed tortoise complete diet

I've been feeding this tortoise food to our pet tortoises for several years and they continue to thrive and grow. It is a very high quality food with the right amount of protein, vitamins, and minerals for all types of tortoises. I recommend pre-moistening this tortoise chow with warm water prior to feeding so it is easy for the tortoises to eat (especially smaller animals). I also recommend continuing to provide appropriate greens, veggies, and grasses / hays as part of a healthy diet.

I’ve struggled with a few of my red foots and getting them to eat the amazing salads/fresh diet I would make them. I was desperate to try anything to get them to eat more and stop loosing weight. I had doubts this would work since I’ve tried other premade tortoise food “pellet” and they would just stick their nose up at it. But I tried the Mazuri tortoise food and they all LOVED it! I can’t tell you how happy I am to see them actually enjoying eating and eating the appropriate amount too. The 25lb bag is definitely worth it
