Double the Brush, Double the Benefits
Plenty of dental treats effectively remove plaque and tartar, but few also freshen breath. With the help of all-natural ingredients and an innovative double-brush design, these treats can accomplish both. The unique shape of the treat features bristles on either side that effortlessly swipe away buildup on the teeth to promote good oral health in dogs and help prevent health issues from developing later.
The Freshest of Flavors
Merrick's Fresh Kisses come in two breath-freshening varieties that only feature natural ingredients for your healthy pup.
Mint-flavored breath strips:
Your dog will love the burst of refreshing, minty goodness from the touch of spearmint oil and natural breath strip pieces infused throughout the treat.
Merrick believes whole foods not only taste better, but are better for your pet, and handmade recipes are much better than scientific formulas. Produced in small batches, each recipe is closely monitored to ensure it delivers the perfect balance of nutrients guaranteed right on the label. Merrick makes food to be fuel, not filler, and their wide variety of protein-rich dry and canned foods and treats means your pet will enjoy every second of his meal.
My corgi has allergies to a lot of the ingredients in most dental chews (why so many potatoes?) and this is one of two brands she can have so thank you for making these. She enjoys the taste and they sat surprisingly well with her stomach from the get go. A nice quick bedtime snack. As for the effectiveness, I also brush my dog's teeth several times a week so it can be hard to tell what's doing what. I use these or a breath spray on the nights when I'm too tired to brush and they maintain clean teeth and get rid of smelly breath.
No Interest To Even Try

I buy Merrick grain free canned food because it's a high quality product and my dog eats it without hesitation. My 11 year old Bearded Collie loved the grain free DentaStix chew but it's been discontinued by Pedigree (for reasons unknown). Have recently tried several other grain free dental doggie chews including grain free Greenies and now these grain free Merrick treats but my set in her ways Beardie refuses to try any of them. Long story short, this Merrick gain free dental chew is probably an excellent treat but in my case it didn't do the trick.

I wasn't too sure about these after I opened the box. All three enjoy the green ones, but these smell much more minty. One has been having a lot of trouble with his stomach, but he wanted these over the green ones, and he kept them down. So I am a happy mom.
these are a favorite

Our 7mth old boxer mix loves these! They also fit nicely into a puppy kong; just break them in half first. Nice clean mild scent.

My dog loves these and I'm happy that there is a treat he can have. He's allergic to grain, beef, chicken and potato's and all dental treats are made with some sort of potato so he could have any till now.
Works like a charm!

My dogs teeth are horrible and vets charge a fortune to clean them so I bought a small bag of medium and she loves them her teeth actually look cleaner and her nearly breath much fresher. She has a sensitive tummy but she seems to tolerate these well I do alternate her “cookies” after she has her evening dinner with a blue buffalo or milk bone cookie and this is all she gets her dinner and her cookie. She eats twice a day morning and evening her poops are good as well tmi?

Best dental treat!

My dog has a very sensitive stomach so it's been hard to find a dental treat that doesn't upset her. However, she loves these and they have never upset her tummy! These also give her nice fresh breath and her teeth look great!
Not for my dog

Many of my friends dogs love these, but my dog could not eat them due to many lacking teeth. He's missing his 4 top front teeth and several in the middle, but was hoping he'd use these for his back teeth, tried several times and just couldn't do it. Ended up giving them to a friend in a canine rescue group. Order with caution. If your dog has all it's teeth, seems great.
