Where are the ingredients sourced from?

Merrick crafts their recipes with the world's best ingredients from the best producers. Most of their ingredients come from the USA, however, in certain circumstances some ingredients may come from another country (like lamb from New Zealand) to ensure the highest quality possible. Each and every ingredient must meet Merrick’s own rigorous quality standards. Ingredients are tested upon arrival, samples are tested throughout production, and all pet food is tested before its released for sale.

How much sodium is in these treats?

With these being treats and not a complete diet, the manufacturer does not currently test for sodium content. There is no “salt” added to the formula.

What if my dog accidentally eats more than 1 in a day?

There is no harm in feeding more than once a day, however, one treat a day is recommend because this will be sufficient to maintain fresh breath and clean teeth!
