The package is net weight ounces, not liquid ounces so may not be 8 ounces to a cup as with liquid measurement. If anyone has weighed a cup of this food please respond.

Champagne tastes but beer bottle pockets

Okay - I will spend a lot on my dog... but I won't waste a lot of money on her. I got to try each of the flavors with a special deal and used it while my sister's

Okay - I will spend a lot on my dog... but I won't waste a lot of money on her. I got to try each of the flavors with a special deal and used it while my sister's dog was also with me. Mostly they both loved all the flavors... but... a)I live in an apartment and with a regular sized bottom drawer freezer which is often already full of things so storage space is a small challenge... and b) (a bigger issue) this has to be consumed within (I think)5 days of opening it and I use it as a topper for a very small dog who is also very picky. This means that the chances of having to throw out what is a very expensive food is pretty high. If I could order 1 of each flavor, the way the "deal" was, I might do it. But since you have to get 6 of one flavor, the risk of waste is just too high.

I wanted to stick to this diet

I really liked the idea of feeding my dog fresher food, and this seemed like the right way to go. However, it seems as though the beef version products of this company

I really liked the idea of feeding my dog fresher food, and this seemed like the right way to go. However, it seems as though the beef version products of this company have a "off" smell to them. My dog enjoyed the chicken and the turkey packs and I bought a big pack of beef in case since I prefer not to feed him poultry often. But once I tried to feed him the beef I noticed the same smell that was in the small dinner 12 packs. It's just not very appealing to my dog. And it's questionable to me to say the least. I recommend the other two flavors though. I think the beef, or at least that batch of beef was not right.

One dog refused to eat it, and both dogs threw it up on both times I fed it to them. The texture of the meat is grainy or like a soy product. The dog that refused to eat it couldn't stand the smell, but I kind of forced him to eat it and he was miserable afterward, until he finally vomited. This was a “fresh” food is an absolute no go! For the record, it smelled funny to me too :(

Love that it comes frozen rock solid since we are in a warm environment majority of the year. Seems expensive but it isn’t where compared to similar products (not those rolls of dog food). We have three large dogs. Giving them this food as a main ingredient isn’t feasible for us, so we just put 2-3 teaspoons on top of their food, little splash of warm water, and mix. They love it SO much and it’s so easy too the food.

Big dogs loved it, my little dogs are so picky. The Littles liked it to begin with, but then they get tired of it. I mixed it with dry kibble for the big dogs and they just ate it like it was the best thing that they ever had in the world. I just took the 18 ounce packages out of freezerand put them in the fridge to thaw on a rotation and if it was just a little frozen I would put it on a plate and pop it in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds (out of the plastic, of course ). It’s not a bad food. It’s a little bit pricey.

Easily frozen and thawed. Smelled great!

Easy to handle while freezing and thawing. I split a nice big serving between our 2 large dogs to see how they responded and they loved it! No gut issues noted

Fresh and Tasty

My dogs LOVE this as a topper! It's fresh and soft and I feel good about giving it to them. It's loaded with fresh veggies. 10/10 from all four doggies.

The product ingredients no carrots a plus, and freshness
