Something's changed and now the cats won't eat it

As others have written, there's been some recipe change in this favor and some others. This was one of the staple flavors for our two cats, and the last case I got of this the cats wouldn't eat. They still at a can I had from a previous case so I got a replacement but they wouldn't eat from that one, either. The two cats, one-year-old brothers, are each at 15 pounds now and they eat a lot; they still eat the Grammy's and the Thanksgiving Day Merrick flavors, but they no longer will eat the kitten pate and also are balking at the rabbit and the duck, both of which were in the top flavors. Talked to Merrick and they said they had made what they called minor changes; whatever that was, it must As others have written, there's been some recipe change in this favor and some others. Weaning kittens are not fans

Purchased this to start weaning my foster kittens — they are not fans. I tried another brand and they eat it with no issue. My previous foster family of fully weaned kittens ate this with no problem, so I will save this for these two once they are fully weaned. Even tiny kittens know what they like and don’t like!

Merrick kitten food

My other kitties loved this food. Unfortunately this little guy was abandoned and I took him in. He was in my trash finding food . I was giving him proplan adult food in gravy till I got the merrick. I had to mix them since he already decided he preferred chunks in gravy. Got away with it till he was ok to be out with older cats. Ordered some kitten food that is flaked and one minced. Hope he will like it. He still needs kitten nutrition!
