Where can I get sample size quality dog food
How many cups of food are in the 25# bag?

There's approximately 20 cups of food in the 4 pound bag, 48 cups of food in the 12 pound bag, and 100 cups of food in the 25 pound bag.
Is there a difference between deboned meat and meat, for instance the first ingredient on a bag is deboned chicken vs another bag that just says chicken as the first ingredient? Is that the same?

Chicken is a highly digestible, lean protein that enhances palatability. Deboned chicken is the clean combination of skin and flesh without the bone derived from whole chickens. This is the same deboned chicken we eat and is free of added growth hormones and steroids.

Seeking Superior Nutrition

This item was purchased for a friend with a beautiful, aging fur baby with serious digestive issues. I hope and pray that Lucy will be able to continue to tolerate and derive great nutritive value from this Texas Proud product. Some may consider the price a bit expensive, but really, how much do we love our animal companions, some of our creators best work, in my opinion. Lucy is worth it.

Even my finicky puppy likes it

My 10-month old shepherd mix is a fussy eater. I tried topping her dry food (acana puppy) with canned food and she wouldn't eat canned food. I had better luck with a topping of freeze-dried chicken or liver. The first day I gave her Merrick beef, she ate it with no toppings. Thank heavens.

It's Delicious

I have a 9lb Yorki and a 67lb German Shepherd. They both love this food. Its great food and the Yorki even likes to play fetch with the kibble. Been using Merrick for years now.

Lil dog thinks it's nummy

Good dog food for our little dog. She gets excited and throws it all over while eating only to methodically pick it all up. Her coat is soft and shiny.

Chicken free!

Very tasty!

This is the second dog I have who prefers this above all others, even the other flavors. Otherwise, she is really picky with food. Worth the money.

Pups loved it

Fed this to the pups and they seemed to enjoy it. Now sometimes they are picky and won’t just eat dog food just for the sake of eating it but they both seemed to enjoy it. We have had other dry dog foods that they weren’t interested in and only ended up eating later because that’s what was left in the bowl but this one they ate up! Didn’t seem to give them any tummy issues and I think they enjoyed the smaller kibble bits, which are easier for them to chew.

Not sure if Ollie likes this but great ingredients

My dog, Ollie, seemed to like this product at first but unsure if he’ll keep eating it. He doesn’t get beef often and prefers fish but he was really interested right away when I gave him the kibble. I gave this to him a few times and he ate the kibble but didn’t seem super excited for it. Love the grain free ingredients for more protein diet but Ollie is still a young dog under 3 years old so he’s still a really picky eater. Probably wouldn’t purchase again just because my dog doesn’t prefer beef!
