Has anyone used this litter for hedgehogs? Does it work well for them? Is it safe?

Hedgehogs are very sensitive to scents and need places to hide and dig in their environment. They require non-chemically treated pine shavings. I got mine from Petco, the SoFresh brand, for my hedgehog

Amazing Litter for the Kitties, when I first had the idea of switching our litter to a Tofu Litter, I was quite skeptical about it especially not knowing if my cats would adjust to it. I purchased the litter and tested it out for a while by gradually increasing the amount of litter with their previous litter and boom! We have fully transitioned from our previous litter to Tofu Cat Litter! It’s also less of a mess to clean up due to how the litter is made and easier to vacuum up and I am huge on litter messes so it makes it easier for our clean ups. I’ll be continuing to purchase this litter for the kitties in the future!

i’m gonna be honest I never knew this stuff existed. I figured I’d be using Dusty clay cat litter for the rest of my life. Then I got to try out this cat litter

i’m gonna be honest I never knew this stuff existed. I figured I’d be using Dusty clay cat litter for the rest of my life. Then I got to try out this cat litter for a new kitten we rescued. This stuff is zero dust and it flushes down the toilet, which is awesome especially because the kitten has been living in the guest bathroom, making clean up super easy. There isn’t really a smell and if you have a kitten, you know they have some stinky poops. I wasn’t sure if the kitten would use it at first because she was used to the clay litter, but she took it right away. I might have to see if my other cats will like this as well.

It was exciting to try this cat litter and I am sure it would work well and many households and with many cats. Unfortunately, one of our cats started eating it as soon as I put it into their litter box. The packaging is cute and lightweight. The litter itself looks like tiny sticks or cylindrical pellets. The litter smelled clean with no chemical additives. Normally, we do buy larger litter containers, but we would have been very open to purchasing this product if our cat had not eaten it.

I like that the smell of this litter(even when REALLY dirty) doesn’t smell like cat pee/poop. when cleaning other litter brands(mainly clay) they all have his horrible

I like that the smell of this litter(even when REALLY dirty) doesn’t smell like cat pee/poop. when cleaning other litter brands(mainly clay) they all have his horrible smell and it doesn’t even smell like the litter it would just smell like straight caca, but with this one? I CAN ACTUALLY SMELL THE LITTER SENT!! I’ve only purchased the original one so far and I love it. It’s a soft smell and my cat doesn’t mind the smell at all. My sister is not the biggest fan of it but she’s does note that when i forget to clean it it’s not as noticeable, sooo that’s a win! i do give it a 4 star though because my cats really kick this out a lot. albeit not as much as the clay litter but still a lot that it’s annoying. But i do appreciate not having litter on my bed anymore!(yes this was a problem i had with clay litter) Extra: my sister’s senior cat likes it so much he just sits in the litter occasionally.

At first glance, I thought that this bag would never have enough litter for our larger litter pans. But there was enough for a nice layer, and the peach smell was not strong but pleasant. This litter is pinkish in color and reminds us of SPRINKLES so keep that in mind if you have small children. Our cats immediately used the litter. It formed a nice clump that was easy to remove. The litter says it is flushable, but we have old plumbing and that is something we don’t want to risk. But the clump was easy to scoop up and move to the bin to dispose. We do have one cat with kidney issues. We found that his #1 sort of stayed on top of the litter. We had to bury it ourselves, but within a few seconds, we were able to scoop it up. There has been minimal litter mess and no tracking of the litter throughout the house like you get with regular litter. I think this product really works well!

Tofu litter is a great alternative!

My two cats were skeptical to use the Michu tofu litter at first, but took to it with just a light sprinkling of their regular litter to attract them to the box, then they started using it no problem. So far it seems to be working very similarly to the litter we currently use. The tofu litter doesn’t track much which is historically a big problem with my cats. They are still able to kick some out of the box but no tracking, no odor and no dust, which is important to me. It’s easy to scoop and it’s lightweight which is great. I have not flushed it as advertised due to older plumbing but the clumps are not as big as with traditional litter and I think it would be able to flush just fine. Happy with the tofu litter so far.

Naturally smells amazing, great at keeping the unpleasant bathroom odors hidden, and great clumping. This also is great for cats who track litter. I have had cats my entire life and tried every litter and tofu litter is all I will use moving forward.! I will also add, I like how it’s flushable. The pee clumps are often too big to flush but I regularly find it easy to flush the solids!

I have been trying different litter for so long and finally found the one. It is ACTUALLY 100% dust free. It clumps perfectly well. The litter has a smell the first day or two after opening, it’s not a bad smell it’s just different, but there is no cat urine smell. It’s the first litter to not leave dust and debris in my cats fur after use. They don’t smell like the litter after use. It doesn’t get tracked around the house, 99.9% of the litter stays in the box when they jump out. My only problem is I wish I would have found this sooner. Highly recommend.

I love that it is all natural. The scent is nice for me but not sure my cat was a fan. I do like that my cat didn't track it all over the house. I live in a more humid area so did notice it was more likely to mold than other cat litters, but I am just quick about scooping it out now.
