About This Item

Details

  • Michu's tofu-based litter can absorb up to four times its dry weight in fluid, making it a longer-lasting solution compared to other litters.
  • Instantly traps liquids, forming sturdy clumps that make cleanup a breeze without wasting fresh litter—the formula is flushable, too.
  • Unscented, odor-neutralizing formula stops odors for a fresher, cleaner-smelling home.
  • Durable, low-tracking pellets are tightly compacted to prevent breakdown and dust production, keeping your home and kitty cleaner.
  • The petite and paw-friendly pellets are designed to be comfortable and inviting for your cat.

I loved it! But not my cats

I’m giving it 4 stars because I loved it. It has a very faint peach smell and it’s easy to scoop, doesn’t get all over the place, and it doesn’t trigger my allergies

I’m giving it 4 stars because I loved it. It has a very faint peach smell and it’s easy to scoop, doesn’t get all over the place, and it doesn’t trigger my allergies. BUT my cats are set in their ways and like their okocat. If it was cheaper I would’ve stuck with it but I have 3 cats and the amount in the box for the price point is not enough. I would have to buy a new box every week.

Well, I still have this mixed in with her previous brand of litter, maybe about 60% new, 40% old, and so far we are really liking it. I went out of character and ordered a scented litter. I love the peach scent. Very light. Doesn't turn it into peach scented poo. Just nice and peachy. And like all litters there is some tracking but this is the least I have ever seen. The old stuff is still getting tracked around the house while I have only found one or two tiny pieces of the Michu. I think because it is practically weightless, it just doesn't stick to my kitty's paws. I did not expect it to be pink but no complaints from me or the cat :)

Doesn’t last very long

Doesn’t work with an automatic litter box which is my error. It gets all the clean stuff as well as the soiled stuff

Awful

Have used multiple brands of tofu litter and this is hands down the worst. Brand I normally get went up almost $10 d/t tariffs so thought I’d try this one. Terrible

Have used multiple brands of tofu litter and this is hands down the worst. Brand I normally get went up almost $10 d/t tariffs so thought I’d try this one. Terrible odor control and clogs when flushing which I’ve never experienced with any other brand. It’s been in the box only a week and smells like it’s been there for over a month. Not worth saving $10 every couple weeks.

Smells nice

Had to mix it with the litter my cat was use to so he'd take better. Less dusty and tracks a little but not nearly as bad as clay litter, also easier to sweep u

This litter is adorable and effective.

I've tried nearly every natural litter from paper, to walnuts, to corn, to ones I'm forgetting, but there was always some negative that outweighed the positives

I've tried nearly every natural litter from paper, to walnuts, to corn, to ones I'm forgetting, but there was always some negative that outweighed the positives. Whether it be the tracking, the dust, the lack of clumping, no odor control. If you've ever had cats, you get it. So one day Im back on my quest for the closest to perfect litter I could find that was also compostable (it's for trees, not food, dont come at me) and happened upon this brand. I thought the colors were fun, and the scents interesting enough, and I loved what I read about it from the website and the reviews I could find. I went with a single 5lb bag of the Peach and sooo glad I went for it. I did buy directly from their site, which I recommend visiting anytime you buy a product, (this was before Chewy offered them I believe) and that processes was as easy as it is now with Chewy. It came quick, as described, and the scent was a nice change of pace! My cats took to it with no issues, and I loooove the effectiveness of the clumping! For poo, if it's solid it simply helps remove the moisture but doesnt coat it (saves litter). For pee, it fully absorbs every bit of it and stays together fairly well when scooping so it doesnt break into tiny pieces (helps with managing odor). It also tracks significantly less than other litters, and it's much easier for me to see on my floors than other types. Oh, and dust is essentially non existent! I know some brands say low dust, but this one is legit Only downside is I wish they had more bag size options, but that's cause I foster cats. Since they started offering boxes I buy those and hope they produce larger amounts later as well. All that said, I highly recommend. Also, making utilitarian items more decorative or visually pleasing is how life should be, just sayin!

Will never go back to clay litter!

The tofu litter smells good, there is no dust and very limited tracking. Price is a bit higher than clay litter but worth it!
