Will this fit the Iris 4 panel pen with a door?

The pen that's recommended for this sunscreen top can be used by small animals.
If I have a plastic playpen I need a sun protector for over it and I would like to get another plastic playpen to connect to this is that possible

This sunscreen top isn't compatible with the plastic pens, only with the MidWest metal exercise pen models and standard brands as well.
How much space is it in between the bars?

The spacing between the bars for MidWest crates is approximately 1.5 inches wide by 6 inches tall. This particular product is just the sunscreen top built for a MidWest Excercise Pen.

Needs removeable attachment

The screen ships with zip ties to attach to the x-pen. I would loke removeable attachments to make it easier to move for lawn mowing and cleaning up. Currently experimenting with bungie cords and carabiners.

Pretty good

I ordered 3 of these. 2 of the 3 came with the zip-ties. Not all sewn exactly perfect. However i would still purchase these again if i needed a few more.

Attach with zip ties?

The sunscreen shade is great, full marks, 10/10 love that it's the exact right dimensions. But attaching shade to xpen with "cable ties"? That would then be cut off and replaced each time? Nope, not gonna happen. Had some small ball bungee loops and clamps on hand which works much better for my use, putting up and taking down xpen & shade each day at field trials.

does not provide safe shade

I do not believe these block 80% like the manufacturer states. Maybe 40%? I think pet owners should be aware that the kennel will still get too much sun and be too hot to be safe for their animals.
