Nice, inexpensive crates
By Crates on Jan 12, 2021
I never wanted to be that person with crates in my house but I have 2 pups who really go at each other at meal times and when enjoying chewies. These are inexpensive and easy to move around. Perfect for my needs. What I didn't love was putting them together. One was a tad bent so I really struggled getting the sides to open up. Also, crushed a few fingers and toes putting together the medium crate but that was my fault, not the crate's!!

nice medium/ small crate
By Micky on Jan 9, 2021
This is a nice size , strudy crate with 2 doors...I like that option because some times a side door works where a end door wouldn't.. It's side door opened to easily, and my smart puppy figured that out .... but putting that side toward the wall or a small hair or bag clip solve that isssue. This is my 3d dog crate in my over 40 yrs of owning dogs ....I will buy this one again if my dog out grows this one!

Just one small issue
By Onelazymom on Nov 24, 2020
Bought this crate for our growing Labrador Retriever puppy. Because of limited spacing for such a large crate, I needed a side entrance. Not many options so I chose this one as it had the best reviews and fit our budget. It was very easy to set up and it’s very sturdy. My only issue is the latching pins. I thought we would have a problem with them staying shut because they do not have the typical L shape to prevent them from opening. The top one is rather loose. The bottom one is so tight that we literally have to force it closed which makes a very loud noise. I’ve actually moved the entire crate with the dog in it!! Good thing is no dog would EVER get it opened I guess. Other than that, I’m Bought this crate for our growing Labrador Retriever puppy. The dimensions are incorrect on this kennel
By Bostonterrierbreeder on Oct 16, 2020
I purchased this kennel with the impression that the dimensions listed would be correct, however, they are in fact not. I have the lifestages line of kennels by Midwest and they are actually true to size, even a bit bigger. It lists the dimensions for this kennel as 24x18x19, but it is in fact an inch smaller on every side. Spend a few more dollars and get the lifestages line. Thankfully chewy is the best, and resolved my issue promptly and I have the right kennel now on the way!

Excellent Dog Crate
By Henry on Sep 1, 2020
I am really happy with this crate, including the double door option. It's on the big side for my puppy but he'll grow into it and I think he likes the space. He looks more comfortable in this crate than his last one, just in the way he lounges around and even goes into it voluntarily. It may help that he can easily see out of it. I'm also happy with the crate's foldability and portability, even if it's heavier to carry than it looks. I do highly recommend buying a comfy mat to put on top of the tray.

Good, wishing for Door hooks
By Ellen on Oct 23, 2020
Nice solid crate, easy to set up, great for the price. Fits my 85-lb pyr/shepherd. Should be hooks on the door latches, if you have an escape artist you’d have to rig it or they’d be out.

Spacious, but not for energetic breeds
By MD110 on Oct 14, 2020
I received this very quickly to my house and it looked great. I set it up, secured it, and crated my two year old lab while I went grocery shopping. When I came home, he had escaped and gotten into lots of things he shouldn’t have. I thought maybe I didn’t close it right, but upon further inspection the locking mechanism is just cheap and ineffective. Would only recommend for animals who do not paw at the sides or door and would be able to open it.

Double door is so helpful
By Reddy on Sep 17, 2020
Purchased this very large crate for 8 week puppy who will be a large adult. Divider panel is a necessity however I found much difficulty to reposition. I have changed locations for crate trying to find location in house that is best so double door are quite useful. Also with both doors left open pet can freely move in and out when not confined. Uses for sanctuary. Not to heavy or large if it is stowed in future or used for car travel.

Great crate but...
By Greatcrate on Oct 14, 2020
I got this crate because it was supposed to weigh 5 lbs - which is 20 lbs less than the original- it weighs as much as the other one so I am not really sure why they are labeled as easier to travel with- they weigh the same- I didn’t even notice if the metal was as thick- :(

Easy to Set Up
By Yummy on Aug 29, 2020
Good price, easy to set up. fits the dog (Lab/ Aussie Shepherd/Terrier mix) Closures aren't as easy to use as the older one, but that is likely because it's new, and because the door hinges open on the opposite side of what we are used to. Would buy again.
