Flimsy and Flat

This is not one of the crate mats with the bolster made of the nice sherpa material. There is no shape, no substance and no weight to it at all. There are straps

This is not one of the crate mats with the bolster made of the nice sherpa material. There is no shape, no substance and no weight to it at all. There are straps on the bottom to hold the mat in place if it is used in a kennel, but that does nothing for the shape of the thing, or holding it into place when it is on a surface during a different kind of use outside of a kennel. These mats were on sale, but even the lower sale price was a total waste of money.

This fit my Rottie's crate perfectly and he loved it. Me...not so much. It didn't clean as well as I thought it would in the washer. I also tried hosing it and scrubbing

Doesn’t wash well

My puppy made a mess of the mat and it didn’t laundry well. After two washes I had to scrub it with a brush and wash it a third time. This time is was basically

My puppy made a mess of the mat and it didn’t laundry well. After two washes I had to scrub it with a brush and wash it a third time. This time is was basically clean but still not as good as I would have liked. I’m disappointed since otherwise it’s a nice mat that fits well and is soft and cozy.

Although it’s a bit thin at the bed, the bolsters are awesome. They come up high on the sides. Our dogs love to have something to lean on when they go in their kennels

Although it’s a bit thin at the bed, the bolsters are awesome. They come up high on the sides. Our dogs love to have something to lean on when they go in their kennels and this gives great protection and support around the sides. We just add a cushy flat bed under the bottom, for added comfort, and it is perfect! Also, we haven’t washed one yet but they are very soft and flexible so they will be so easy to put in the washing machine.

I LOVE this bolster crate mat for my Dane's crate. It adds just a bit of class and softness around the edges so he's not up against the wires all day. My only complaint is that it is pretty thin on the bottom. I laid a couple of blankets under it for some cushioning for his big, bony knees. The other complaint is User Error. I bought a white crate mat for a glossy, pitch black dog........brilliant.
