How wide is the opening? Can you reach inside to clean the interior of the tank?

This opening is smaller than a hand, so it is not possible to clean the inside of the water tank with your hand. You can use tools such as long handled brushes to clean the water tank.

Does the lid come off the top of the bottle to refill it so bottle does not have to be removed to fill?

The lid of this fountain is used for decoration to make the fountain more appealing. As the fountain is a gravity water dispenser, it can’t add water directly from the top.

It's Fine

The stainless steel is nice, its just awkward to clean and I bought it cause i thought it opened from the top and the bottom for cleaning purposes. Its hard to unscrew

The stainless steel is nice, its just awkward to clean and I bought it cause i thought it opened from the top and the bottom for cleaning purposes. Its hard to unscrew if its wet at all and the mouth is a little smaller than you'd expect. The golden drinks out if it but I wouldn't necessarily order this one again over the cheaper plastic one i had before

Leaks a lot!

I was very disappointed with this product as I was looking forward to this for my dog. It leaked and not just a little. I thought maybe I didn't put the cap on correctly

I was very disappointed with this product as I was looking forward to this for my dog. It leaked and not just a little. I thought maybe I didn't put the cap on correctly so I took it out and we put the cap on and try it again. It leaked again all over my floor, hardwood floors. My son tried with the same results. I'm thinking that it was defective but I'm not sure.

Spill proof

Bought this because my cat developed the habit of knocking over her water tower and accidentally caused some water damage on my floors once. Because of the plastic

Bought this because my cat developed the habit of knocking over her water tower and accidentally caused some water damage on my floors once. Because of the plastic around it, the tank is pretty much impossible to knock over. On top of that, it has a spring loaded stopper that prevents water from spilling if it does get knocked over. Great product.

The chemical smell of the plastic that the water goes into is so potent that I can't wash the smell of my hands and it's all I can smell. The chemical smell obviously means my cats will not ever be drinking out of that. Absolutely returning it asap. It stunk up my whole apartment within minutes of being out of the box.

Overall a great little water feeder for my critters

I will start off it’s super easy to use and set up. My pets took to using it right away. And honestly they probably drink more from it now than before. However,

However, just a little over a week and a half I have noticed that there is already a rust spot in the bowl but other than that no other complaints with the product.

Looked like you could fill it from the top
