Used sharps should be immediately placed in a sharps disposal container. FDA-cleared sharps containers are generally available through pharmacies, medical supply companies, health care providers and online. These containers are made of puncture-resistant plastic with leak-resistant sides and bottom. They also have a tight fitting, puncture-resistant lid. If an FDA-cleared container is not available a heavy-duty plastic household container, such as a laundry detergent container can be used as an alternative.
Use according to your veterinarian's instructions.
Syringes should be kept out of the reach of children and pets.
These syringes are prescribed by your veterinarian in order to deliver medications to your pet. Make sure you are using the correct size needle for your pet needs.
We have a diabetic dog who requires insulin injections twice a day so we go through a lot of syringes. My vet charges $45 for 100. This brand from Chewy is as good as the ones I get from the vet and at an extremely fair price (even more so with auto delivery). You will need to get your vet’s authorization but if your savings are as good as mine you would be foolish not to.
Unfortunately my cat had to be put down, I received the insulin and syringes a little later than expected due to Vet approval etc, so I have unusable materials left
I swear by Chewy, I have two diabetic kitties and couldn't be happier with not only the insulin being delivered to my door by Chewy but now the syringes.
These syringes do not have enough lines on them for measuring small amounts of insulin. I could not use these for my dog. He only needs a small amount
First time ordering syringes. Arrived on time and in great condition. Very happy.
Okay as not much you can say about an item that is required for insulin shots for my cat.
Exactly what I needed. Come individually wrapped and delivered quickly. Price was great and pharmacy very helpful.
Considering the price, compared to name-brand pharmaceutical syringes, this product does its job, and the price is quite fair.
these are the worst I have ever used and overpriced. I usually get my needles from adw because they have better deals on the needles. I love chewy but if I can save a little money on diabetic supplies that is what I do. Plus I ended up throwing a lot of these in the bag with the used ones to take to my vet for disposal.
Once I ordered them Chewy was right in top of getting the RX from the vet and sent them right out. Exact ones the vet gave us..
