What is the return policy for this gate and how should it be returned if it does not meet our needs?

What size are the extensions? The door frame is 36".

Each extension is 5 inches wide. The gate measures 28.25 to 38.25 inches wide with two extensions included, and is 28.5 inches high. The Windsor Arch Petgate has an additional 13.5 inch extension (sold separately) that will expand the gate up to 71.25 inches wide.

How is the opening/locking handle operated? Is it a slide device or knob? I have arthritis and have difficulty with some devices.

This gate has a locking handle with a release button as well as a lower locking rod for added security.

Can I purchase additional extensions? I need to cover 41”.

This gate measures 28.25 to 38.25 inches wide with two extensions included. The Windsor Arch Petgate has an additional 13.5 inch extension (sold separately) that will expand the gate up to 71.25 inches wide. At this time, additional extensions for this gate are available directly through the manufacturer's website. A maximum of three extensions can be used.

I received the gate but was disappointed. The gate was good quality however the side knobs didn't screw into the frame. The screw threads were adequate but the wholes

Came lopsided. Was to small for what I wanted for that was on me but when I moved into a normal door space it was uneven and wouldn’t fit

Great but SIZE

This is exactly what I wanted however, I made the mistake of guessing a door way is a standard size and not all staircases are that size. Make sure you measure!

Very easy gate to use

I have 2 dogs and 8 cats so this gate works great in keeping my dogs from eating my cats’ food. It certainly makes my life so much easier. I use to have to fight

I use to have to fight with my dogs to get into the other room now I just open the gate and walk through. Very easy to put together. I would certainly buy this again.
