I use to feed these
I have been buying these for months and feeding them daily for my two senior dogs, and they were tolerating them just fine and recently native pet has changed the packaging on all their products, which is fine. But the chews look different. They look a big more, rough. I thought they looked even less process maybe or something and didn't think twice about continuing to feed it. The first day I fed them both of my girls vomited up their food, which nothing else changed in their diet. I give them a very strict diet of the same thing every single day so I can't keep track of anything upsets their stomach like this. One of them has been known to have a sensitive stomach but like I said never had a problem eating this before. The other is a very hearty beagle who can normally eat anything no problem. I tried it for another day or so and even tried giving them half of the recommended dose. I know it's what's causing the vomiting but I don't understand why. But regardless I will have to stop feeding it for that reason. i didn't keep the old packaging but I'm not even sure if any of the listed ingredients have changed. I saw another comment and this looks like I'm not the only one who has noticed this.
it's a nope unfortunately
I thought these would be similar to the allergy bites, but unfortunately these are not the little air dried bits that are pictured on the product page. They're bigger and crumbly and they all stick together in the bag in one big chunk. They also have a very very strong smell which I assume is what puts her off. Not really sure what the smell is, but it's not mussel or turmeric. I tried crumbling them up and hiding it in her food but she wont touch it. If your dog is less particular about smells it might work! But I can't get her to eat it.

Can definitely see the improvement in my dog. I didn't think my dog would like it since it has kinda of a minty/eucalyptus smell but he loves it!
Leg Spasms Gone!
I have a frenchie who has IBD - she can’t have glucosamine or chondroitin without having a flare. I was looking for a different supplement because she started having back leg spasms when she was running. I knew she needed a supplement. Since she started these, she has not had a single spasm. These are life changing for us!
Chews for good
My 14 year old chihuahua was limping and seemed to have joint pain or some arthritis. Much improved with these chews but he does not like the chews whole so I have to cut up and put in food. Much more active

Dog Proven Effectiveness
Mia had crippling arthritis with no improvement after a full 10 day course of Carprieve. Within a week of starting Native Pet, she was running, again. We stuck with Native Pet until the first purchase ran out. Next, I tried the Chewy recommended generic alternative, which worked solid. I thought Mia might prefer it more because it appeared meatier. (In fact, it is not. I compared the ingredients.) After about a month, though, I noticed Mia had begun subtly limping again. I ordered Native Pet, again, and (1) as soon as I opened the bag, Mia's got eager. I let her pick which one to take, and each time, she picked the Native Pet product. I don't know if it was the taste, the smell, or how good it made her feel, but she definitely prefers the Native Pet, so we returned to it 100%.

My yorkie Chewy has bad hip dysplasia and arthritis and he's already on Dasuquin but once I started giving him this, his walking has improved immensely!!
It's not good for my dogs
This product made my dogs vomit and have diarrhea for 2 days. Never buy this product. Love the brand but will never purchase this item again.
Don't hesitate just buy them
I was torn between these & another, so glad I chose these. My baby cut his foot on a shell 5ish yrs ago. The way & where he cut it couldn't be repaired. He had to stay off of it. Wasn't even 2 months later he cut it the exact same spot. The way he walked to keep pressure off slightly deformed his foot which lead to a bit of a bum leg. Before when his leg bothered him, if put bone broth on his food which, is now permanent & laser it, he was good to go. As of late, his leg started popping a lot & I could tell he was uncomfy. All that + being 10 & LAZY has slowed him down a bit. The 1st time I gave them to him he hesitated now, he thinks they're a treat. We're on our 2nd bottle he takes 3/day. I think we were into wk 2 when I noticed, he is no longer popping. I'd pay any amount to know my babies are good but, fortunately you can't beat the cost of these. I think they're stinky but, im not eating them. Cannot stress enough how much these have done for him.
