Wrong flavor, but the right one for my cats!

So, the issue here is that I ordered the duck paté that's featured here but received chicken and sweet potato. However, my cats loved the chicken flavored soft paté

So, the issue here is that I ordered the duck paté that's featured here but received chicken and sweet potato. However, my cats loved the chicken flavored soft paté so much that I had to leave a good review (minus 1 star because of the mix up). I consider one of my cats really picky with the flavors, but she didn't mind this chicken and sweet potato mix. She even looked at the other cat's plate for a second meal! The limited ingredients also seem to be working well with her sensitive tummy, which is always appreciated.

I am Mom to three indoor rescue cats living in North Carolina. Ginger and Tigger are 3 year old Orange Tabbies, Moxie is an 8 year old Tortie. I am extremely picky when it comes to their food and read ingredient lists with a magnifying glass! I liked that this is a limited ingredient food and free of any questionable additives. They have always preferred a minced wet food over pate, so I was surprised when they all liked it! It is a little bit firmer than some pates. I love the vegetable/protein combination. Very much like something I would enjoy! I particularly liked the packaging. The split cups are easy to use and provide some portion control when you don't want to feed an entire meal. Calorie count is good. I always recommend Chewy and will likely add this food and some of the other flavors to our rotation.

I ordered the Natural Balance Split Cup Duck and Sweet Potato Limited Ingredient Pate Cat Food in a Wet Broth. It comes in a 2.6ounce, perfect size split cup and a case of 10 pack. I really appreciate the split cups, they are the perfect size for each feeding ensuring it’s as fresh as can be each and every feeding. My buddies enjoyed every last lick. I prefer limited ingredients as they are getting a bit older and seem less tolerant to ingredients and allergies. They have shown no issues when I added Natural Balance Duck and Sweet Potato to their diet and they immediately finished their plates!

My healthy 9 year old male cat, Frankie, enjoyed the Natural Balance Duck & Sweet Potato. He’s a finicky eater, and doesn’t take to everything that’s served him. When first introduced, he looked it over, sniffed it & then devoured it pretty quickly. I would say that’s a ringing endorsement. The 1.3 ounce individual packet is a good portion size. With a second one served to him later in the day, and doing some grazing on his dry food during the course, I’m hoping that provides the balanced diet he needs to keep him healthy. He’s still playful, runs and jumps and terrorizes his toys regularly, so I suspect his nutritional needs are being met. So far, so good!

My picky boys loved this! First off, a nice oily duck pate is beyond helpful with furballs. That being said, rotating this into your furry friends routine will be an added benefit. Second, my boys eat like they’re in jail, they eat so fast that they puke. This had lead to use divvying up 3oz cans and waiting a while before we give them the other half. So the packaging is very helpful!
