Not the same

The new version is NOT good. Been my dogs favorite for years. New version is hard not soft and chewy. My guy almost choked. Never buying again. Bring back the old version.

OK for my skin allergy dog

When my skin allergy dog's Hypo treats were out of stock I had to find something that would be as allergy-free as possible. Despite the venison, my hydrolyzed protein dog did just fine on these. No extra scratching, no loose poop, no digestive problems. I was surprised, but very pleased. His other friend-members of the cookie club in the neighborhood approved also.

My dogs wouldn’t eat these

I’m not sure if it was a bad bag or something but my dogs wouldn’t even eat a crumb of these. They love the training treats though

All My Dogs Approve

I've been giving this brand in different flavors about 10 yrs or longer. They are low fat and no guilt for me giving them. Loved by several dogs I have or use to have. Always a hit.

came in pieces

I have bought Natural Balance original biscuits for years typically the potato and duck flavor. Decided to switch it up. 3/4 of the bag was in pieces. Not sure if it is the ingredients or a smashed bag. I have never had anything but whole treats ever

Nice Design but a little too much work

Although it’s a great design and like the variety of the 5 flows…I found that after 2weeks I needed to clean the system and change the filter…as an older pet owner it became a little too much work to take it all apart including the pump…it was easy to change the filter but every 2 weeks was getting a little costly…although I don’t use it anymore I would recommend it.
