The consistency swings like a pendulum

I'm no student of how cat food is canned, but it strikes me weird that the consistency of Natural Balance is so variable from batch to batch. It was my boys' go-to

I'm no student of how cat food is canned, but it strikes me weird that the consistency of Natural Balance is so variable from batch to batch. It was my boys' go-to for their entire lives, but over the last year or so, we have had 3 orders that were markedly dryer than the usual. The cats smelled a rat (or perhaps lack thereof) and wouldn't touch it. I would give Chewy 5 stars for how they handled the situation every time this happened. The first two times I got replacement orders. The last time I got a refund and switched to Blue Wilderness.

They changed the recipe

This has been my go to cat food for years and years. Within the last month I noticed the recipe has changed, so much so that it makes my cat sick. He’s thrown up

New Natural Balance Formula

My cat hates the new formula. He is incredibly finicky and since the brown can changed I have had a time getting him to eat. He doesn't understand why I'm not

My cat hates the new formula. He is incredibly finicky and since the brown can changed I have had a time getting him to eat. He doesn't understand why I'm not giving him his food he likes. He just sniffs the new canned food and walks away. He usually eats dry and wet food, but now he nibbles at the dry and looks at me and stands by the refrigerator. Please go back to the other formula or at least make it available choice.

New formula is great!

My cat was never very excited for meal time with the old formula (brown can) or other wet foods so I though she just wasn't that hungry but she LOVES the new purple

My cat was never very excited for meal time with the old formula (brown can) or other wet foods so I though she just wasn't that hungry but she LOVES the new purple cans!!! She gets so excited when she hears the can open :) My only complaint is one time I opened the can and juice got all over my face but that was once in two years.

The ingredients have changed . My cats won't eat it and one of my cats is itching. You can tell it's changed the texture if very firm now vs pate like.. changed
