I began giving Natural Balance Ultra Protein with Rich Organs Cuts in Gravy to my two Senior Cats as soon as I received the shipment. Both James and AJ dove into it as soon as it was placed in their dishes so much so that they began stealing from each other's food whenever they could! It was comical to see, but it showed that they really enjoyed eating this product. The portions were perfect for each cat that it wasn't too little or too much. It looked very easy to chew as they got it down easily.

Natural Balance’s Ultra Protein comes in a plastic cup (boo plastic), and the serving size is a little too small for my cat. He really loves the gravy, but took a while to accept the rest of the food. I think because it was a new texture for him. I do like that organ meats are included. And since my cat once needed surgery for a nasty hair ball, the addition of egg (lecithin) makes me happy.

I was excited to try this. I have 3 cats and try hard to find a quality cat food they will all like. Good news is they all did like this. The container is easy to open too. The only issue is sometimes they leave the pieces in the bowl and only eat the sauce. Probably just this flavor. I love the ingredients and feel good about feeding it to them. Next time I will switch flavors.

They had a little bit of trouble breaking up the meat so they left a lot of pieces behind but all of the juice was eaten right up. The flavor I chose may just not have been their favorite.
